Filed an incident report, was told by an associate and the store leader that the damage would be covered and the appropriate parts would be ordered only to find out from a Google review from the store owner over a month later that it's not their fault because "the blower blew it off". Despite the employees word and the sign up front that they'll cover any factory installed damage on cars under 5 years, they actually don't cover anything at all! And don't try calling or emailing, they'll ignore you until they think you'll go away. Lousy service, horrible ethics, Quick Quack will do whatever they can to scam a customer. read more

Again, I tried to get a wash and was harassed about a membership. He asked what I wanted and I said ONE single wash. He begins to explain and I politely him off and say "no thank you". He says "I have to say it". Ok fine but at the end I say no thank you. He said well why not? This is where I loose my patience. I understand you want members but it's my choice in how I choose to spend MY money. Stop harassing your patrons about memberships. Just a word to the owner. I try my hardest to be nice to those in customer service, I really do. But one thing I hate is being questioned. I only come here because it's close to my home but if I have to tell you repeatedly that I don't want a membership, no is no. Quick Quack Car Wash is the worse ever!!!! Customer service is terrible and unacceptable!! The staff at the location was ok but I had to call customer care and got person (supervisor) named Palmer. He was not helpful and couldn't explain anything. I went to get my vehicle washed and they told me that my membership was cancelled. So I asked why and the young man said he didn't have that information. So I asked if I was on a contract that canceled and he wasn't sure. So I went to the new car wash by my house and signed up there. All of a sudden I get an email saying that they charged my card on Sunday the eighth of March. So I was driving by today and thought I would make sure my membership was cancelled and to make sure they were going to refund me for the March payment. Anyways long story short I had to call customer care and unfortunately I got a rude gentleman named Palmer. Losing my household and friends and family all over $29 bucks. Whatever.... It's just the fact the girl at the front got me to pay this high price car wash thinking my car was going to shine and look waxed and it will last longer than the basic. I chose this over Mister Carwash, cause I felt this location was easier to find and access than the Mister Carwash. I like that it's a straight shot on Hwy 90, corner of Hwy 6. What I like is that it has free vacuuming if you ever need it in a pinch and essentially the same services as Mister Carwash. They have a subscription service and I chose the ceramic package for a few reasons....my car is newer, there's too much pollen here, and emergency washes like bird poop. I also love the dumb duck mascot and branding. When you wash your car, you need to align your front left wheel to their grate thing and put it on neutral. I'm a scardey cat. I hate car washes. They feel claustrophobic when the car moves on its own. However, you can see the Duck Logo beamed at your car. It's part marketing genius and great distraction tool for scardey cats like me. In the end there is an adorable stop light that is duck, red, duck red, duck green go. It's dumb and cute. My husband isn't convinced I'll justify the subscription, but I'm willing to try it. Why not? At worst, I cancel it and just pay as needed. My car was shiny in the end, which is what I was going for if we're being real. Definitely would come again. read more

I felt like this was one of the only places in this area that does a good job at washing my car.. until the last 5 times, they kept badgering me about getting a membership. I said no multiple times and they keep going on about a membership.. "but why not" or "may I ask why" or "but you have a nice car" .. is it so crazy that I do not want yet another recurring payment every month? But that's simply none of your business. The worst part is that they won't let you pay for your car wash until they finish talking nonsense about their membership. Can I just buy my single wash in peace and move on with my day? I came when only 1 other person was vacuuming in the 1st row. I parked in the 2nd row and began vacuuming. When my adult daughter noticed the man with older 69 yr old man's with salt and pepper hair leaning and staring at me at the trash area. When I told him what he was staring at, he didn't respond. When I said stop staring you pervert, he began to WALK towards me upset! I told him NOT to get near me, so he turned to walk way. The manager came out and I told him to deal with his employee! The man vacuuming his car and the attend checking someone in ALL heard me! So clearly the employee heard me too. He tried to play it off that the vacuum system was an issue after he felt stupid! The dash wipe is a nice touch. Tire shine applied correctly was a huge plus. Back of the car toward the top still had some dirt on it. I brought paper towels for cleaning interior, so used some to wipe off the dirt. Saw mention of towels provided, but I didn't notice any. Brought my own, so used them to finish the drying. The wash itself, as places like this go, was impressive, and the blow drying is really strong. Would like a place that somehow manages to soak the bugs down and get those off the front and windshield better although this place did get more off the windshield than others I've been to. I never heard from her again. I attempted to set my own appointment up with the man on leave that she mentioned as well. I spoke with him. He also never contacted me again. No thank you to the offer. I don't think my car even got clean. I selected the ceramic wash, which is supposed to be the best option, but my car was still not clean after. Also, it smelled like rotten eggs for some reason. However, she did not disclose that there would be a $5 additional charge should you decide to cancel your membership within the first 45 days. "You can manage your membership online." Nor did she disclose that they were also having a 12 days of FREE car wash promotion, So signing up for the monthly membership wasn't necessary. Drove by this afternoon around 2pm and they have people outside with their 12 days of FREE car wash promotion banner. ***buyer beware*** Edit- The lady did not even offer the terms for me to review. The door paneling around my back driver side door was broken and about 1000 white spots were sprayed along the driver side of my BLACK car. So extremely noticeable! And did I mention that not only did no one attempt to remove the marks that I'm now being told are paint damage.
