On the do-it-yourself side the equipment seemed to work okay, did my car wash for about 10 minutes Paid with debit card when finished the reader said 7.50 but in my credit union checking its showing a $15 charge. What a rip off to charge double. There is no attendant present to deal with any customer issues that come up. Other than that, it's just like any average car wash that gives average results. Personally, I feel like this place is a bit overpriced and you can find cheaper prices elsewhere. I had used the drive thru at this car wash for the last year regularly and was pleased until I had to use the self wash with the hand wand. No pressure, no soap, no wax! My car looked worse than ever! I tried several times to reach someone at their office. Finally someone answered and I told them about my experience there and they said that was funny as they had never received any complaints! This was my first and final visit to this car wash. Today I went there and since my car was dirty from the recent weather decided to take it through the most expensive cycle, costing $14. Horrible car wash! Poor customer service. Took 2 of my new subarus here. Told them one of the water lines was damaged and the car was didn't even clean my cars. They promised me a $24.00 refund. I called 3 times. Spoke to people, told me a check was on its way. Called a 4th and 5th time to only leave voicemails and to be ignored. So now I tell everyone I know about my experience and to not go here. I thought I was being kid by letting them know of the pressure line leaking like crazy. This is probably the worst do-it-yourself Carwash I've ever been to. The change machine doesn't work, the machine that has the cleaning products in it doesn't work, the credit card slot to work the machines doesn't work. It was a complete mess with garbage everywhere and all the trash cans overflowing. The owner seriously need to get it together. read more
