Tutta Bella was quick to respond with a quote and once again created the most beautiful centerpieces for our company dinner. They perfectly executed our vision using white and blue florals with peacock feather accents (which I provided), and the sample they made was absolutely stunning--I immediately knew it would be the perfect floral décor to elevate our event. When I arrived at the Arcadia venue two hours before the event, all of the centerpieces were already placed on each table. They were designed at the perfect height so guests could easily see the awards ceremony without anything obstructing their view, and they smelled wonderful as well. Our venue had floral centerpieces that were included in the package that we selected and Tutta Bella was one of the florists that we could pick from to do these florals for us. We had an initial onsultation booked with them but my husband got Covid a few days before and they were super flexible in rescheduling. This might be a millennial thing, but I don't really pick up the phone from numbers I don't know and I don't really like speaking on the phone, so I really appreciated that we could discuss most things over text! I mostly spoke with Taylor over text and she was always responsive and helpful. I also loved the flower emojis, it showed me that they are really passionate about their work! We met with Darlene on the day of our consultation and she was very helpful and professional. I also want to point out that she did not pressure me at all to try to sell me on having a lot of floral work done. She went down the checklist to see what I wanted to have done by Tutta Bella and inquired what type of flowers I would like. She didn't question why I wasn't having this or that and I really appreciated it! Prior to meeting with her, I also met with a different florist vendor and I had mentioned to him that I didn't want any bridesmaids bouquets as I was maybe doing DIY. He was questioning and that it was only $40 a bouquet and fake flowers cost just as much. However, I believe I could have found fake flowers for less and I also had 8 bridesmaids so $40 x 8 adds up lol. So I really appreciate that she didn't pressure me to add more floral work than I requested. We ended up booking with Tutta Bella because on their instagram, they had these beautiful tall spiral centerpieces that I fell in love with! I also mentioned to Darlene that I did not like baby's breath and was hoping that she could find a different alternative and she was able to replace with green mums without changing the price. They were also able to create a sample for me before our wedding, which turned out great! They were also able to put these centerpieces at the ceremony site for us to transfer later to the ceremony. They also added fake wisteria to the cocktail area (which I don't t think I have any photos of) but was a nice addition! read more

My husband and I had a hard time looking for a florist that we felt completely understood our vision. Then we came across Tutta Bella they were local to us but at the time we were nervous they might not travel to Fallbrook, CA or there would be some insane travel fee. But, they assured us that was not an issue. We were able to schedule an in-person meeting with Darlene and Taylor within two weeks of my initial phone call. Within the first meeting, we dove straight into our vision for the day. Pulled out Pinterest boards and really dialed down the different styles and flowers I was looking for. Darlene was extremely knowledgeable and highlighted the differences in the inspiration I showed although most looked very similar to my untrained eye. In our very first meeting, we went as far as pulling up photos of our venue and putting together a breakdown of every single area I could possibly need florals. By the end of the meeting, we already had a structured floral plan and a potential contract with cost breakdowns so we could make our decision. We were blown away by customer service and the attention to making our wedding an absolute priority. Needless to say, we booked with Tutta Bella and the process leading up to the wedding was nothing short of amazing. They answered any questions I had and gave me multiple quotes when I wanted to add additional florals. They were a good resource with potential contacts for additional wedding services. When we got closer to the wedding they set up a sample table setting, and even included sample bouquets for my husband and I to go and view. It was such a stress reliever to see my vision come to life. Everything was PERFECT. When picking vases for florals they sent multiple photo options for me to pick from which was great. Day of the wedding Tutta Bella showed up to the venue and got straight to work setting up. They were absolutely flawless! I was able to say Hi to Taylor and admire all the flowers pre-wedding ceremony which was such a breathtaking moment. Tutta Bella also worked behind the scenes and relocated all aisle floral arrangements to our reception area as we discussed. All of this was done in a blink of an eye. We received so many compliments on the arrangements and their quality. Hands down if you're looking for a florist or feel as though you're on the fence with other florist's quotes. Take the time to meet with Tutta Bella. Their attention to detail and the pride they put into making their customer's events special is unmatched. I can't thank them enough. Not to mention they post amazing reels with wedding photos, so I get to brag about how great my wedding florist is/was forever. We had a very unfortunate experience with Darlene and her team at Tutta Bella. We booked Tutta Bella for our wedding. We had an in-person meetings to discuss our vision, and we showed multiple pictures of every decoration we expected. We had a second in-person meeting to show up an example of the center pieces and re discussed the vision for the sweetheart table among other details. Unfortunately on the day of the wedding, we found significant differences between our discussion and what was delivered (smaller center pieces, barley to minimal decoration on candle center pieces, among others) Overall the flower decoration was simnifically less than expected and what was viewed in person, especially given the premium pricing. Darlene and her team were absent on the day of the wedding as they said that they had booked 5 events on that day. So unfortunately we could not have a discussion with anyone or ask for changes. Days later, we met with Darlene and her team in-person but again, unfortunately, they ceased communication with us later when learned of disappointed outcome. Would not recommend. read more

It was very easy to set up a meeting with Darlene and Taylor and they understood my vision. The whole process throughout was very smooth and they delivered everything (center pieces, boutonnières, bridesmaids and bridal bouquet) on time the day of. HOWEVER, with all the day of wedding craziness, I didn't realize until after the wedding that the flowers I had previewed a month earlier were NOT the same flowers I received. As you can see in the picture, the flowers from the preview had more hydrangeas and greenery whereas my actual wedding flowers were mostly roses and baby breath (which cost a lot cheaper!). The flowers were beautiful either way but be aware of what they deliver! This definitely does not make me trust them for a future event. I also won a free bridal bouquet during one of their giveaways and when I inquired about it, they set the limit to $150 when my bouquet was priced at $165. I understand setting a limit but this should have been stated when entering the giveaway. Appreciate their service but very disappointed overall. read more

I recently used Tutta Bella Florist for my wedding and I couldn't be happier with the outcome, professionalism and precision of Darlene (the owner) and her team.
