Customer service was lackluster. Two different occasions I visit this florist and both times the main desk helper just has the worst attitude. Doesn't acknowledge your existence when you say good afternoon (like I did), additionally, when you ask them questions nobody can think for themselves, they just refer back to the main desk lady who then takes five minutes to respond to her own workers even. When you finally make it known you would like flowers (you're in a flower shop of course you want flowers) they ring you up in the most belittling way possible. I went in to buy five carnations and it took them twenty minutes to get me to the register. After that beautiful display of turtle-paced work ethic they point towards the flowers then laugh at your face when you give it to them to ring up because that finger pointed at you somehow implied a form of payment. TLDR: Disgusting customer service, mediocre flowers. read more

All I can say is WOW! Tommy Austin Florist did such a phenomenal job with my wedding flowers!!! LOOVVEE!!! We asked for a whimsical fairytale elegant vibe and that's exactly what we got. We had centerpieces at every table, 2 arches (one rental and the other was a flower arch), flowers within our aisle, flowers on our fountain, a hedge background rental, my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, the men's boutonnieres and flowers to decorate the wedding bell at our venue. When we had our consultation, I mentioned a type of flower my husband gave me in my corsage for our first prom and if she could get that flower and use it for my bridal bouquet. She let me know that my wedding was unfortunately during the time those flowers are out of season. BUUUTT that didn't stop her! She found the flowers and made sure to have them in my bouquet!!
