I initially called the shop to see if they had any bikes in-store within my price point that fit my height/weight and within an hour of riding up there I was leaving the store with a new bike. I was able to trade-in my mountain bike and apply the funds toward discounting the nice new hybrid Batch bike I purchased. Purchasing a new bike here also includes a 1year free tune up as well. Great experience and find myself often recommending others here.
