I've had many Harleys over the years and have always found it EXTREMELY difficult to find a Dealer or a Person that is as passionate as you are when it comes to your Ride. After dropping off my motorcycle, I expected a basic update regarding the status of the work. Instead, I found myself having to call multiple times to check on the progress. On several occasions, it seemed as though staff were too busy to provide updates or follow through on promised callbacks. While I eventually received information regarding my motorcycle, the lack of proactive communication made the process unnecessarily frustrating. The facility itself is impressive, clean, and representative of the Ducati brand. Unfortunately, the customer service experience did not reflect the same level of professionalism. A simple courtesy phone call or email update can make a significant difference in maintaining customer confidence and satisfaction. In any service oriented business, customers should not have to repeatedly reach out for basic status updates. Improved communication and follow up procedures would go a long way toward enhancing the overall customer experience.
