I've had many Harleys over the years and have always found it EXTREMELY difficult to find a Dealer or a Person that is as passionate as you are when it comes to your Ride. You can tell when you walk in A&J that they are committed to delivering you quality service and a great product. You can clearly see the pride he takes in the service he provides and delivers. I've been trying to get a hold of these guys all week for a repair on my foreign bike. Between them not returning phone calls or just not answering their phone repeatedly they must be either really really busy or just have really poor customer service. I'm guessing the latter. I began calling other shops in the area and realized that DB's prices were alot steeper for comparative work. I also found that depending on who I talked to at DBs, that the price fluctuated for their services that should've been a flat rate and were elsewhere. I felt that they really didn't want or need my business. Sorry to say but I'm done with them.

He tried to tell me I was past my 18 month warranty when in fact I still had 29 days left on it. Then he had to test the battery just to make sure it was dead. Dude, why would I bring the battery here if it still had juice in it? Then I tried to ask about any additional warranties for the new battery and his response to that was abrasive and rude. Never gave me eye contact and when I said Thank you and I hope you have a nice day the asshole didn't even say anything back. But the gentlemen in front of me he helped prior he was polite as hell too. FYI I am a African American man and these are Caucasians who treated me this way at this location.

As you walk to the prominent service counter you notice a comforting odor of WD40 and engine oil, think of it as a sign.
