My husband and I came in on a Monday, and while it didn't feel busy to us, I noticed the lack of a host and only two servers covering inside and outside. Our server, while kind, patient, and knowledgeable, was definitely juggling and struggling. It was actually the manager who noticed we needed a little more attention and greased the wheels to get our drinks and food out quicker. We loved this extra bit of service from leadership. This place is good, the remodel is beautiful, the food is fun and creative, and the staff (albeit limited) genuinely seems to perform well under pressure. There was a miscommunication with the kitchen and they had an extra side of potatoes, which they gifted to us. Pretty cool.

We are used to mediocore foods at places like this; and to find the foods to be so delicious was very pleasant surprise. Service was great; we got seated right away and taken care of. We sat outside since it was a nice day and we had our pup with us. Plenty of seating inside and outside. And its right by the lake; (sunset was on point when we went) What we got: Fried kalamari (4.5/5) *not pictured Very creative! Its more of a fried calamari salad; served in a chinese style to go box; i think we found it cool. The calamari was nicely fried; and the breading has sesame seed powder? I think it was delicious! And pair it with the bitter leaves; and some kind of soy dressing. Fried smashed potato (5/5) Delicious! Love some good smashed and deep fried potatoes; and nicely pair with the morney sauce. 1/2 crab fried (5/5) This is sooooo good. It was nicely fried, plated and taste delicious with the aioli and fried basil and everything else that came with it. We also got a couple drinks that were pretty good (not picture) Lots of option when it comes to the drinks Overall it was a good choice to stop by here. Prices reflect the kind of restaurant it is and what it serves; no surprises there.

Wow, what an awesome surprise it was to discover this place. I regret not having done so sooner…read more Went on a Sunday evening to meet family friends. Sat outside in a beautiful covered space with plenty of heaters and enjoyed the rain tapping on the roof while dining. The service was amazing, friendly, willing to answer questions, all you could ever want. But, the star of the show was absolutely the food. Starting with the birria tacos that immediately stirred up memories of my times in CanCun when I was younger. I will be going back for lunch this week just to have those tacos again. The rest of our party had ribs, steak, sliders, pasta, and oysters, everything was perfect. High quality ingredients, perfectly cooked, well balanced flavors, some delicious twists.. 10/10 WILL go again.

The good: Amazing flavours. Everything we ordered was very very tasty !…read more The bad: Pretentious attitude and menu designed to nickel and dime you at every corner. Examples: $14 kids sliders, however no fries, but you can add them for $8, would you list a kids sliders for $22 , you wouldn't. Nice trap. $16 steam mussels shareable. However no bread, but you can add for $4. How are you supposed to eat steam mussels without bread or fries?. It's a fundamental part of the dish, as Belgians! Oops sorry, I forgot, they charge 3.5% for paying with credit card. Well done kitchen . Mgmt and front staff left a lot to desire.

I also really enjoyed that you could hear the games too. The service was super fast despite there only being 2 servers. I ordered the adult coffee and it was basically a $9 espresso martini which is a steal to me. It was so delicious, I'm still thinking about how good it was a week later. I'll go back just for the adult coffee. As far as the food goes, Tony's is known for their wings and they have a wing in just about every flavor. I really like the lemon pepper wing but you can't go wrong with any one you get. All their sauces and rubs are made in house! We found out toward the end of our lunch that our server was actually the owner. We had been talking as a group about how friendly she was the entire lunch and when we learned she was the owner, it was the icing on the cake. She is so proud of her business and I see her going far. Overall, the vibes were great, the food and drinks were delicious, and our bill was shockingly super inexpensive despite the amount of food we ordered. I can't wait for my next trip to Tony's!

I made a reservation ahead of time, but when we got there around 8 pm we realized we probably didn't need one because it was seat yourself and still pretty open. No complaints though, it made it easy to grab a table and settle in. The vibe was cool. Definitely a sports bar feel with TVs around, and as the night went on the DJ started getting set up which I can imagine makes it a fun spot on a Friday night for people meeting up after work or hanging out with friends. We decided to share a few things so we could try a little bit of everything. We ordered the catfish bites, lemon pepper wings, garlic parmesan wings, and macaroni and cheese. I'll start with the positives because the service was great. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, which always makes a difference. Food-wise, it just didn't totally hit for me. The catfish bites had a really tasty batter, but the texture threw me off a little. I personally like my catfish cooked a little harder, and these were a bit soft for my liking. The lemon pepper wings were a little too salty for me, and the wings themselves weren't cooked quite the way I like them. I tend to like my wings cooked a little harder, so these felt a bit soft and bulky to me (if that makes sense). The garlic parmesan wings were okay flavor-wise, but still similar in texture. The macaroni and cheese was okay. Nothing bad, just pretty standard. The menu itself has a good mix of comfort food and bar favorites like chicken and waffles, shrimp & grits, burger & fries....so there are definitely options to try. Overall, the service were great, the vibe was cool and I can definitely see this being a fun spot once the DJ gets going and the place fills up. The food just didn't quite land for me personally this time. I gave it 3 stars, but if Yelp allowed half stars it would probably be closer to a 3.5 for me. I'd still be open to coming back and trying a few other things on the menu.
