I love the way it's decorated which is what drew me to buy a Groupon for a signature facial after looking at the website. The decor is white, clean, girly and classic. I was disappointed at first when my initial appointment was cancelled two hours before I was scheduled due to Amanda coming down with something that was contagious, I guess I was thankful too. When I came in for my facial I explained that I was one of the appointments that was rescheduled due to her illness and she upgraded me to the anti aging facial for free! She also includes eyebrow waxing with every facial which is awesome! The facial was AMAZING and Amanda is very knowledgeable about what she is doing and the products she is using. Before my facial started I had asked her to mess up my hair as little as possible since I was going somewhere right after, she kindly obliged and when I left my hair looked exactly how it looked when I came in. At my appointment, I clearly explained multiple times how my facial muscles behave, how they've responded to neuromodulators over the past 8 years, and that under-treating or unevenly weakening the muscles causes compensatory contraction and headaches for me. considering I've never needed anywhere close to 92 units to achieve a good result, I'm concerned that the treatment I received may not have matched the dosing we discussed during my appointment. My glabellar complex and forehead were not effectively treated despite receiving a total of 92 units of Jeuveau. There is still uneven muscle activity. The right corrugator muscle appears stronger than the left. When I raise my eyebrows, there are painful horizontal forehead lines. Since the injections, I've had a noticeable bump in the center of my forehead whenever I frown, which looks like compensatory frontalis contraction. The muscles along the eyebrow are left untreated. They are wadded up and activated. When I frown, there is still a noticeable depression and a deep vertical line between my eyebrows. Not only does my glabella still look very active, but the corner of my mouth hasn't changed at all and is still being pulled downward. There is still a visible groove extending from the corner of my mouth toward my jawline. Also, I still have multiple lines around my eyes, the jelly roll under my eyes not only hasn't improved but looks even deeper than before; if one muscle is relaxed, the opposing muscle will work on its own and new wrinkles may appear. and I still have prominent bunny lines. My gummy smile hasn't improved at all, and there's no change from the lip flip either. I've experienced persistent frontal headaches since the treatment due to compensatory muscle overactivity caused by uneven neuromodulation. I can still palpably feel and voluntarily contract the procerus and corrugator muscles, as well as frontalis fibers above the brow. Following the injection, I developed asymmetrical frontalis activity after 92 units of Jeuveau! Given that I was told that I received 92 units, this degree of asymmetric muscle recruitment and lack of improvement is not a reasonable or acceptable outcome. I came to your practice expecting treatment that met the standard of care discussed during my consultation. Unfortunately, the outcome has fallen significantly short of what was represented, and I'm disappointed with the results. Given the outcome with 92 units of Jeuveau, my ongoing symptoms, I no longer have confidence in returning for additional treatment or a follow-up. I paid $938 for 92 units of Jeuveau, yet I did not receive the outcome that was represented or reasonably expected under the standard of care. At this point, I am requesting a full refund of the treatment fee. If we're unable to reach this resolution, I'm fully prepared to pursue all available legal remedies to have this matter addressed appropriately.

With that being said there is no one else I would trust to inject and certainly not after learning and listening to all of the education! When you're a model you get to hang out all day and basically take the class with them, until they are ready to inject. I'm not naive to the injecting process (I've worked in the spa industry, dermatology offices etc) but I was naive to what injectors have to know!!!!!!! I'll admit I'm the girl in her 20s etc that would buy the Groupon to save money. With age usually comes wisdom.. and the wisdom I gained in this experience about how much thought you should give to your injector was mind blowing. To hear, all of the things they have to consider, know, have knowledge in?? To take this artery, this vein, this bone structure etc into consideration. Inject with your patients eyes open (to stay in contact with them) because if there is any vision changes you have 45 mins to restore vision if vision is lost...... It scared me. Man was I in for a great surprise! This place is absolutely AMAZING!! When I arrived there were two chairs in the waiting room and it took a while for anyone to come out so at first I wondered if I was at the right area but within about 5 minutes, a very nice lady wearing a white clinical jacket came out to greet me and handed me a thick packet to fill out. The packet covered warnings on side effects, had questions to weed out people who were not good candidates for eyelash extensions etc. It also included several questions regarding what kind of look you were trying to achieve, how dramatic you wanted the length and curl of the lash, and suggestions on what would look better with different eye shapes and sizes. I also appreciated the section on pros and cons using mink, human hair or synthetic lashes. Although it was a lot of paperwork to go through and fill out, I feel it was instrumental in helping achieve the look I was aiming for and eliminated any disappointments or unhappiness with the extensions. I believe my technician's name was Bogara. The lash application was done in a private room and was relaxing. It took about an hour and thirty minutes to complete the application but the look was absolutely amazing. I had no complaints. It was truly everything I was looking for in the length, curl and feel. I also appreciated the written after-care instructions I received as it is sometimes hard to remember all the do's and dont's when verbal instructions are given. My tech was very nice and extremely professional. It is now 3 weeks later and my eyes still look great! I'd say 60% of my lashes are still there and the curl is still good. She's friendly and experienced, she listens, and her work is phenomenal. All other spas I have had Dysport at have used larger quantities of product (with a constant pressure to use even more), but I actually have significantly better results here with the smaller dosing.
