Besides the high quality service that Kathleen provides, I love EWC because of the wax passes. Yes, prices have gone up (especially, in the age of inflation the last few years), but it is still worth it for me. I get my eyebrows waxed every 2 weeks, so the unlimited wax pass just makes sense. However, I also like the fact that there are wax passes with limited quantity. And they never expire! Seriously, I purchased a 7 lip wax pass back in 2020 for my wedding and engagement photos, but it is not a service I regularly use. I still have some lip waxes in my account, and I can use them as needed (like for special occasions). This particular EWC always seems busy with men and women bustling in and out for appointments, and the traffic has taken its toll on the lobby furniture. (Side note, she likes to read so I found talking about books with her to be a great way to distract myself).
