It should be illegal for this company to do what they do. They advertise that they have items and then never update you with the truth. You have to call and beg for updates just to find out the items you order are not in stock for 60 days. Remember they run your payment the day they place the order. Is it possible to give a 0? This is one of a group of companies run by Graylinemedical. They constantly take orders for products they do not have and then wait for you to call to check on status of order before cancelling and refunding. I have had this happen on multiple orders (I only ordered from Devine because I did not know it was assocaited with Grayline, which was already on my 'do not use' list). I ordered from them to save a couple bucks per item for hard to find medical supplies (of which I needed a large quantity). I ordered in December 2020. After a month of no contact, I called customer service who assured me that the products would ship in "1-2 business days". I called again twice, and finally, 1 of the products I ordered was shipped to my house. I called back, and explained that I'd ordered many more than 1 product, and eventually, after 2 months of calling and being told "1-2 business days" I received the rest of my product. I won't be ordering from them again. I suspect this is not much of a company. It's probably 1-2 guys who host a website that drop ships medical supplies directly from suppliers (they don't maintain stock). You may get your product, but it will take a long time and you WILL have to call continually and threaten chargebacks to get your order prioritized. read more

RUN AWAY!!! The website said that the product was in stock while a lot of other products stated that they were not in stock. I called to confirm. They said it was in stock and would ship out by the end of the next business day. It has been 12 days. So, I called. They said they have not had the product in months, and it would not ship out for at least another two months. I would advise not to spin the wheel. read more

I should have looked up reviews before ordering, but they looked "legit enough". Theyr'e not. All these reviews are true. Ordered some supplies May 1, 2022. Received a confirmation email and haven't heard from them since. Their "order status" page does not work. I emailed them to check on the order and received no response. Tried calling earlier and the phone rang for 10 minutes and was never answered. Just called again, was put in touch with an overseas call center, then placed on hold for 15 minutes, only to be told their "server is down" and they can't see my order status. Total bait and switch. I ordered an item online that was around $1500 and had called them if I could pick up at their facility to save on shipping charges. At first they agreed and I was making plans on picking up the items. Then fast forward the conversation, he then says the item is now 2200?! He said the price posted was a mistake. I asked him if it is possible to honor the price since it is listed on your website and then he said he needs to his manager and hung up on me. The ratings on this company is trash anyways so adding an additional 1 Star won't hurt the rating. I ordered two boxes of vinyl exam gloves on 11/29/21. When I heard nothing for some time I contacted them and they then got it shipped on 12/20/21 by FedEx with final delivery on 12/24/21. Keep in mind my delivery was only 234 miles - why in the world did it take from 11/29/21 to 12/20/21 to deliver something they said was in stock? Why did it take FedEx four days to deliver something only 234 miles away? If you order from them, just be aware of this and don't order something you need right away. read more

Let me give you some advise stay away from this company. I shipped back some surgical gowns that didn't fit quit right on my dime with tracking and confirmation that they reccieved it along with an e-mail to apologize tthat they hadn't refunded me on my card for a mmonth. I was in search of some medical implements that would help a patient. Unfortunately they didn't work for our needs. I called the company and spoke to a very nice receptionist who explained the return process. I did exactly as she stated in the email. The package had the code given for return and the email stated it needed to be post dated within 5 days from that email, to receive a full refund. If not, there would be a $5 charge for restocking. From purchase to return it took less than 6 days. I gave it a few more days to make sure they received the product and processed the refund. I called the wk after. Spoke with the kind receptionist once again and she verified that yes, they had received the product and the refund should be processed within that wk. I called a wk later and still nothing. Long story short and multiple phone calls, it took 2 months to get my refund. Only to find out in the end that they charged me $17.18 to accept my return. I followed their guide lines and I still got charged $17. If this is how Devine medical does business...then consumer beware. read more

So... I wanted to get some medical fabric to try and sew masks with but had a hard time finding it. I actually ordered through Grayline Medical but the address tracks back to Devine Medical Supplies (?). I'm assuming it's a DBA. To be honest, the whole thing looked shady and I started thinking that it was a total scam. I wrote the company and they responded, but told me my order was delayed by a month due to manufacturer back order and that they would send me a notification of shipment & tracking when it left the warehouse. It's expected ship date was 5/12/20. Well - never got my tracking number but my order delivered today on 4/17/20 as a drop ship from a major medical retailer. I am still in shock as to the fact that I didn't get ripped off, and everything I see looks legit (drop ship address is legit, original box, original packaging) so although I might be careful ordering from them, I am estatic that I received my order.
