Not only was it exactly what we needed, but she took the time to explain how the chair works, folds, and even told me one area to be careful of that's a bit of a design flaw in most chairs. She also gets credit for being open on a Saturday morning as it looks like the majority of medical supply stores are closed on the weekends.
