My experience was amazing, they are very professional the space is very clean and They did an awesome job.

This is the second time we've used this nail spa. The first time we made an appointment with Andy who was absolutely nice professional and did an amazing job. This time we also had an appointment with Andy but due to scheduling conflicts couldn't make it. So understandably the $35 deposit is forfeited. We called and asked if there was anyone else who could just do a fill and was told to go ahead and come him. Then we're told they don't do fills it'd have to all be soaked off. We acquiesced and pick a new design. The lady then proceeded to do the nails and the acrylic work was good however the marbled design was sub par. Especially when compared to the worked Andy had done previously. So of course we ask that if he corrected, she refused and then pulled in the other technicians in the place. Lest I forget. Andy who was not "available" was present the whole time with a client for the 3 hours I was in the place. Since I had a n appointment coming up I asked I asked if she'd be able to redo them should I come the next day. Again she refused. Then got belligerent and threatened to call the police because I was willing to pay $100 for the acrylic work but refused to pay the extra $36. For the design. If she was unwilling to redo then. Next thing I know. 2 police officers show up. Long story short. After consulting with the police I actually end up only paying $65. Much less than I had been willing to pay. I hate to pull the race card but I cannot come up with any other reason to justify what transpired today. Especially when their own posted policy says they will redo the work if client is unsatisfied before they pay for the service. Needless to say I will never be back. Caution to anyone who goes in there if you're not satisfied with their work be prepared to talk to the police. All this over a meager $36. When my ticked was almost $200. Smh. The staff is very unfriendly. I almost felt like they were doing me a HUGE favor by doing my nails. Will never return here. I told him right when he STARTED painting my nails that the color looks nothing like the display color I picked and his comment was "ok". Nonetheless I'm never going there again. Answering to your unprofessional reply- First of all you should put a sign on your door appointment only. It is not my concern who had to come in on their day off and who didn't. You could have easily told me that you have nobody available and I would've left. Now it makes sense why you had an attitude and a pissed off look the whole time. Plus I am not sure which tech you're referring to since you were the one who did my nails. About the color - yes that's right , when The color looked differed I asked to see the display and you made a face and then you started telling me that it's doesn't have the effect but that had nothing to do with the color itself not only that another tech of yours starting to say something at the same time you were responding and I was not going to argue with the BOTH OF YOU. Obviously i was not happy but you did not even offer Or ask if I needed to change the color or anything. I didn't want to even ask because just asking to see the display seemed to upset you. So this is long overdue but I went back to Devine nail spa a couple of weeks ago for my nails. JJ was nice enough to fit me in last minute! The owner is very nice and accommodating.He apologized for my experience the last time i was there, and that really showed that he really cared about his customers. This time I went for a square shape and JJ of course slayed my nails!! I've gotten sooo many compliments on my nails especially the color which she helped me pick out! *update* *reply to the manager's answer* I was so sure you're going to come up with a "smart reply" to my review, based on your record below - all the responses you give to the people who rate this lame salon with 1*. And I couldn't be more glad, because you really need somebody to put you in your place. You got a lotta nerve to answer like that to me and all the others that have been complaining in here. First of all, what sales are you talking about?! When I made the appointment and asked how much is it going to cost me, nobody mentioned any sales or any discounted price, it was just $45 -nothing more, so don't hit me with that bs! Secondly, I get my nails done "thin" everywhere I go. It never ever happened to get 3 broken nails in no more than 10 days (first one snapped after the second day, came in to fix it the very next day) or any at all, so how can you explain that? And why do you write "DID" in capitals, like I said the contrary?! I DID say you offered to get them fixed WITH A 30% DISCOUNT. Meaning I was supposed to pay another $31,5 to get the same lame work done. With the same cheap products. Probably by the same woman, who can't talk to me and can't warn me that I only have 3 days warranty for my "thin nails". Of course I wanted my money back, I already know what y'all selling and I don't want it anymore, what else am I supposed to do, if not get my money back? "If You believe you tech had English problems you should've requested somebody else who can speak yada yada yada..." what???? She couldn't speak at all, but that wouldn't be the problem, I'm a foreigner myself, not judging her because of that, but you telling me that I have to request a tech that can speak the language is just OUTRAGEOUS. Is this how you're selling your products? When ppl come back to you to complain about the provided services , you're just gonna put the blame on the them for not thinking in advance about requesting a tech that knows English?!?! Don't you think all of your techs are supposed to be able to tell the customer all the details he/she needs to know?!?? Omgosh, you can't be serious, you need to see a business counselor, because you ain't gon' be in this business for too long. Thirdly, nobody ever mentioned that the nail polish I pointed at wasn't just "glitter", but "SWAROVSKI CRYSTALS". I mean, when you see that the customer is astonished by the price, you'd figure you would explain why it is so expensive. Nobody mentioned any "swarovski crystals" when I asked them "$25 for 2 half nails only?!", they just smiled and looked at me, so again, don't come up with that bs, trying to make me look cheap or poor for not getting them done like that, because it was too expensive. Yeah, 2 nails with PLAIN NORMAL glitter for $25 is a lot! You seem to think you're something else and that you're mr. smarty pants that comes on Yelp and "slaps" every customer in their face for having issues with this salon, like it's their fault. You're extremely rude and completely careless, so I strongly believe you should not be in this business at all, because you have no idea what customer service is based on and you clearly think something about yourself that ain't even close to the truth. So I suggest you think before you speak, 'cause I just broke it down for you with reasonable arguments, mister. My first visit was okay, i thought it was the man from instagram i was under the impression everything on the page was his work but turn out it wasn't but my technician was quite skilled! I wish she would have had a better attitude though i could feel her energy and it was the most positive..she also told me i couldn't get what i originally wanted and tried to go back and forth with me with my simple requests..but after settling for what i was forced to get my nails came out perfect..the shape and the way it was applied couldn't have been better. OK i really dont know where to start...this nail salon is for sure a hidden gem in the dfw area. Most salons near me have no idea how to do acrylic nails and would refuse to even do the service. Im tired of crappy dip powder nails! I called devine about an hour before, seeing if they had an availability they gladly set up an appointment for me. I recommend booking the appointment eariler for your convince and theirs. I have been searching for a salon that respects their customers and their nails and this is the place! They have so many options but me and Vin T decided an acrylic set with gel polish on top would be best for me since i will be getting fills and changing my color often. Vin T was my tech and WOW can i say his work is amazing. My nails have a beautiful C curve, flawless cuticles, and a absolutely killer shape. He listens to his customers because he truly cares and wants them to love his work. He was so friendly and compassionate, i really enjoyed my time at this nail salon today. Now that I'm living in the 'burbs of Plano, I got to find a go-to nail salon that is closest to me and this is pretty much what I would expect. Over a month ago when I had my pedicure, I had to come back the next day because a few of my toe nails got ruined from my shoes. It could be because the nail polish was not properly dried out.
