The lady that did my nails cut me deep (DEAL BREAKER) and did not do anything about it. This is the place to go to get your manis and pedis! Tons of color options in regular and shellac nail colors and new colors often as well. The owner Kim is super sweet and accommodating. She has done my nails a few times and you can't beat Longs pedis, foot and leg massages! Super relaxing and CLEAN environment. Never feel like just a number there, they take time to know you and take time on your services as well. There are lots of options around here, but this is the place to go for sure. Matsumoto Mya any nail shop or ANY shop period is first come first serve unless you have a firm appointment. They have no control over who gets there first. To give a one star rating because you didn't get your way on your time is at best childish. How were they to know you were going to come!? You could have suddenly decided to change your mind and not come at all. There the tech sits idle waiting for you while they could have assisted a paying client who actually walked through the door. Tried Devine Nailspa today and I finally feel like I found my nails a "home" ! It has been impossible to find a good nail tech in the Plano/Frisco area. One that actually spends the time and values your business. Vin truly listened to what I wanted and my frustrations I have with other techs and what I don't want my nails to look like. I showed a picture of shape and the "thinner" look. At other salons they tell me they can't do it thin, because the color won't be bright. No, it takes someone that knows what they are doing. They are by appointment only, which says a lot that they can not really take walk ins, because they have a strong client base. HIGHLY recommend ! read more

Well the reason I'm giving 4 star is; first 2 times I visited divine nailspa I had Andy worked on my nails, he's spectacular with his designs and I was only charged $70 both times with getting amazing designs done on my nails. Other times the owner did my nail an I was happy with his work and great customer service, best I ever experienced in any nail salon, price was still reasonable. But some how last time I visited I feel like I was over charged for simple dip-in $100 + 10 tip $110 by the young lady. So idk how and why she charged me that much but if I go there again I'll definitely ask for Andy. read more

If I wasn't a regular client, then how do you know I have an issue everytime I come? And if I pay $100 to get my nails done and one breaks two days later, proper customer service is to fix it for free, especially since I spent my time driving back to get it fixed. And as much as you charge for services, you are not going to starve because I used some polish on my daughters nails. Andy did my nails a few times and they lasted about a month. On December 12th I got my nails done maybe the 3rd time by Andy and 3 days later I looked down and one nail was broken. I didn't even feel it break. I didn't have time to call or travel to the location so I held off. 3 or 4 days later another nail broke while I was showering. I was so upset looking down at my 6 day old $80 tacky nails. I called on day 6 and the gentleman basically told me I would have to pay for the repairs since I didn't call within 3 days. I explained to him that I would not pay for repairs when I feel the service was not adequate. The gentleman became argumentative and refused to book my appointment until I agreed to pay for the repairs. He said he had already spoke with Andy and he told him he would not fix them for free. The gentleman also told me I obviously like the service since I keep coming back and spending my money... WOW. At this point Devine nails has lost a client and several others who I referred to this company. If you are a brand, and a good consistent brand at that, you will fix your errors. There was no empathy or customer service with this experience and I can take my money elsewhere and get better service. UPDATE: the date on my review may have been wrong but the facts remain true and correct. One of my nails broke within 3 days and another by day 6! Two nails on the other hand also feel very weak. I always leave a tip and I'm sure if you did your research on my previous visits you'd see that, however, I do not tip for poor service. A customer pays attention to how their nails are done and consistency is key! My nails were thin to start and that is why I did not tip!! Your company has posted my credit card and cash app information on the internet and will be hearing from my lawyer!! read more

Just came in with my friend (both of our 1st times here), and I can say that we both are super satisfied with our nexgen! The only drawback is that they are a little expensive, but I'm not the type of person to get them done on a regular basis so I think it's worth it.
