The vibe of this place is so friendly, warm, and calming. I received a mani/pedi from Su and Rachel. I called ahead and they immediately had an opening for me, and they also accept walk ins with little to no wait time. Su and Rachel are both fantastic and friendly women! Edit 11/07/21: Now that I have some time to calm down from the botched eyebrow job I am going to update this review properly. I had several issues with this visit that I'd like to share. 1. The Eyebrow treatment, of course. Since I have had my eyebrow waxed before, I've never had an issue like this happen. After speaking to a pharmacist about the best way to treat the wound I was advised to go to a clinic. I ended up seeking treatment at CareNow. 2. The massage had no timer. So it left me unsure if I got the full amount that it said I should. Most places give you a timed amount for message. I feel that their menu is a little deceptive. It shows an amount of time that both my father and I thought was the amount of time you get a message, but now, in hindsight, I believe it is actually how long the entire treatment will take. Again, most places I've gone to before will give you the exact amount of time the message is, and keep timers next to them to measure the amount of time. 3. I asked for Milk and Honey for both my Mani and Pedi. What I was actually given was Milk and Honey for the Pedi and Aloe Vera for the Mani. I dont like the smell of Aloe Vera, but since she already had started slathering my arms at that point, I just put up with it. 4. I asked for my nails to be rounded, not square. What I ended up with was some uneven, mostly square nails. I attached a picture below. Notably, I do not get color but only buff my nails. They did do a nice job on the nail bed and buff job. As stated in the original review, I am not a confrontational person. Had it not been for the eyebrow issue I would have not been bothered enough to write this review. This place was definitely my worst experience at a nail salon with all the issues I ran into. So, I will not be back. Original: Please do not go to this place. Found this one Google and thought that it had pretty decent reviews. My dad and I went for a mani pedi today. I noticed they had an eyebrow wax so I went ahead and asked for that as well. The wax must have been way to hot because I recieved too burn wounds under my eyebrows. Im a shy person, so I did not say anything while in the store because I thought maybe it was just the disinfectant they hadput on afterwards. I got in my dad's car and started crying. You can see the burns. I've never had this happen and now have to worry about how to treat sucha delecate wound without leaving visible marks. I'm never going back here. read more

4 stars for a powder manicure + nails are soaked by wrapping individually as opposed to soaking in a bowl. I Frederick this approach + Ivy did a meticulous job - great overall outcome - their color selection is very poorly organized (I.e. not easy to compare a selection of neutral pinks.). Finding the right color feels like digging through a discount bin. - they didn't have the colors I prefer from the next gen brand and ivy suggested sprinkling a little sparkle to make it look like the color I came in with. She didn't say it would cost me $10 extra. Felt like a poor value. 3 stars for the pedicure: + aloe scent came with slices of fresh aloe. Awesome! - you have to upgrade to the 3rd tier before they handle callous removal ($45) - same day of pedicure: my heels still feel scratchy - I came in with a red polish and asked to get a clean up (no polish) for the winter. I had to ask after they were done to remover extra polish remnants left behind. I hated having to do that, but it's usually easier with the salon grade acetone than what I have at home. Masks are sadly not required of customers but all the staff were wearing masks. read more

Hieu gave me the smoothest powder dip nails I've ever had! Oh so gentle. No skin nicks, no overboard drilling, no crazy filing digging into the nail corners. This is one of the BEST nail salons I have ever been to, I got nexgen with tips and Andy did a PERFECT job! I showed him a picture and he matched the nails in the photo PERFECTLY!!! Hieu did a great job on my dip nails, and good prices. Ivy as well did a great job on my sisters nails. However the regular polish and massage service my mom received was only okay, and the polish all came off by the next morning. Ok, so the nail tech who did my manicure and a different nail tech did my pedicure were both very very nice and professional people. (: I had a really great time speaking with them. I took off two stars because of the manicure job :( I didn't want to say anything to the nail tech who did my manicure because she was super friendly and I also would've felt bad to make her redo it. I did regular nail polish on both my toes and hands. I had bubbles on my polish, most likely because she kept reapplying/didn't wait for the coats to dry first, still have cuticles on the sides and the job felt rushed (I made an appt before). She didn't ask me how much to cut, my nails were already short and she cut it too short.. so it ended up looking bad. I asked if she could do nail art on my ring finger and she didn't ask which color I wanted for the flowers.. the design wasn't that great either. I asked her if she could write a name or letter but she was honest about not being able to do that, which I appreciated. As for the paraffin treatment, exfoliation etc. were all nice. Salon was pretty clean. My toes came out cute! But I've definitely had better manicures before at other places. Both nail techs were incredibly friendly compared to other salons I've been to and professional but it's the quality of the manicure that was disappointing. This salon is good, prices are great but you have to know who is doing your nails and I would suggest not getting regular polish done. I didn't feel as bad because I didn't pay much for the manicure but money is money still. The salon was decently busy and I've seen all getting either gel, acrylics or dipping powder done. I've been going to Andy with Super Nails since March 2017, and I couldn't be happier. My nails don't chip, even if I can't get in for 3 weeks, and he does a great job. Andy is the only person I've ever been to that knows how to do the dip flawlessly. The shop isn't fancy, but the work you receive is top notch. Plus, the services are priced well! Give them a try!! I feel so torn about this place. I took my 2 nieces here to get their nails done for the first time. I called to make an apt the Monday before Christmas and thank goodness I did- it was so busy! Everyone was very nice and friendly but just seemed a bit disorganized. Felt like they were trying to juggle too many customers at once which I wouldn't have minded but we kind of were on a time crunch. The lady did my nails fine, but didn't notice the imperfections until I mentioned something. I felt a tad rushed at the end and my nails did end up getting messed up as I was paying (granted she did tell me they weren't "completely dry" so I guess I only have myself to blame). They were very sweet to my nieces and as Christmas gifts they gave us a complimentary bottle of lotion which was a nice gesture. Overall I think I would be willing to give this place another chance.
