However, there is a train station parking right across. The place itself is pretty large. There is an area to order food with Menu choices written on the chalkboard behind the counter. There is seating in the front and then there's seating in the back as well as a small private room, which is not very private as there is always a group sitting in there. There is also additional seating outside and sometimes there are musicians who play to the aidience. The food itself, specially the crepes are awesome. When they finally took my order, I mentioned the long wait. I was told the register had been having problems, which I could understand. However, when I got to the window, I politely said, "I apologize if I sounded frustrated, but waiting over 20 minutes for one drink is a little ridiculous." The employee said she understood and agreed, but every time I tried to explain my point, she cut me off. Then another employee said the delay was because a customer wouldn't leave the drive-thru line. While I understand that situations happen, that's not the customers' fault. If someone refuses to move, that situation should be handled without making everyone else wait over 20 minutes for a single drink. Instead of listening to my concerns, they kept repeating the same explanation. As I was still speaking, they closed the drive-thru window in my face, which I found extremely rude and unprofessional. To be clear, I have no complaints about Starbucks' drinks or food--I actually enjoy them. My complaint is entirely about the customer service at this location. The staff handled the situation poorly, communicated poorly, and treated a paying customer disrespectfully. Everyone can have a bad day, but professionalism and basic courtesy still matter. This is, without question, the worst-managed Starbucks I've visited. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers deserve better than this.

My mom wanted a traditional American breakfast so she had the platter - 3 eggs, bacon, and toast, with a side of coffee. Altogether it came out to $20 which was really good. We were in no rush, and I think they saw that so they prioritized their orders. They have milk (whole, oat, and half and half) and sugar for the coffee on a table to the right of the counter. While I waited, I admired the plants they had all around the windowsill. I was also loving all the natural lighting coming in. We noticed it was a bit cold inside. The bathroom is clean and warm. After about 15 minutes, our food was ready. Each half of my sandwich was big. I could see all the crispy bacon, the gooey cheese, the fresh avocado and tomato, and the perfectly crispy bread. The first bite was magnificent and so was the rest. The only complaint was that it did feel a but too oily. My mom's food was also good. The eggs looked great and the bacon was crispy just like she likes it. The only complaint with hers was that it seemed like instead of butter for the toast, they used congealed bacon fat. Overall, we had a great experience. Although it seemed like there were only 2 workers - one taking orders, and another cooking - they were very efficient.

Wait time is usually about 15 minutes. They get busy but they keep it moving. Pro-tip: add cherry peppers to your favorite breakfast sandwich for a nice kick in spice and flavor.

The bagels here are delicious but the hygiene is beyond disgusting. I had to give up on this place. Two times now i had to throw out my food. Once the lady rang a customer up, took their money and then proceeded to make my food without gloves nor washing her hands and then the second time didn't wear any gloves. I'm glad it wasn't in my head and that other reviewers have had the same complaints. People should wash their hand in between taking money and making food, atleast wear gloves. Even though i love the bagels I'm So grossed out i can't go back. Such a shame! read more

Super friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere. The place tries hard, but the bagels are not nearly as good as a larger chain like Bruegger's. The bagels taste baked, not boiled. They are bread-y and crumbly almost. Not too pricey, but for the quality of the bagel I would have expected it to be cheaper. We spent $12 on two bagels with cream cheese, and two drinks.
