Having had such a wonderful encounter with Heath and Co. (also in Antique Row) I wanted to see what else I could discover along the "Row". Well, much to my pleasure I found Re Vue Antiques. The owner whose name is Sonny was a charming and very likeable gentleman. He has a very lovely and well-appointed store. He has a very large variety of furnishings and brick-a-brack, as well as an amazing selection of lucite items. I was hoping to chip away at my Christmas list and was happily satisfied. Sonny was very kind in that I told him I was looking for a couple of small, but nice gifts for family. He steered me to a fabulous display of small crystal pieces. (It was an impressive variety to be sure, with all kinds and names to choose from.) I wound up purchasing a couple of small Lalique pieces, at a VERY reasonable price. (Happily for me, prices had flexibility!) My opinion of Re Vue is that for a great selection (as well as selections to satisfy any budget), it's a must visit. I literally spent a good hour just trying to see everything he has to sell. I will definitely return and I would recommend to anyone that a better day could not be spent strolling around, this treasure trove.

But not a whole lot of merchandise. Prices are pretty decent on most items. My husband found a few shirts that he liked so he was happy. I found a can opener (church key) I'd been looking for, but nothing else appealed. We wish them success. It's not easy opening a business in today's world.

Everything in this small store is marked and neatly displayed. There's room between most of the items. Price wise it's not bad with some items reasonable and others on the side of a higher priced goodwill -- but better quality. All items seem clean and in good shape. We didn't find anything we liked well enough to buy today, but that's not saying you won't.

According to their Facebook page they have been in business since 2013. They are estate buyers so their merchandise is always changing depending on what they are purchasing . I have tried estate sales before but it feels like trespassing, going through someone's house that you know just died and picking through their stuff as their photos stare at you from the walls. Of course not everyone has died. Some people just want to sell a household of stuff in bulk before a move. In any case I'd much rather purchase estate items which are usually of a nicer quality than thrift, at a clean store like this. Also you are not having to drive around to multiple addresses. Everything I saw was in great condition. They had furniture, collectibles, mattresses, house hold goods, and even some clothes. If it makes up items in someone's household, they sell it. A wooden T.V.console was only $25. They had some nice knick knack shelves and I am currently studying my walls to see if they will accommodate them.I wanted to know if prices were firm or negotiable but the man who was working was chatting to someone else and I didn't want to interrupt.
