This company (Allstate Towing) was hired to recover his car. In the 1-2 days this company was trying to recover his car, My nephew was able to come up with the money to pay it off and keep his car. Well apparently repo men must work on commission. As soon as this repo man realized his car was paid and he could not recover, he began sending my niece and nephew harassing texts. He called her trash and threatened to "get her". He texted my nephew as well, calling him a "n**ger and told him to keep collecting his food stamps. This company should be ashamed to have an employee who thinks this behavior is ok. Additionally, shame on this company for allowing this to happen. Police reports have been made. The bank has been contacted to. Hopefully the man who carries the number 563-260-1464 (the number the repo man was texting with) is terminated from his position; at a minimum.

By this time the spill is well established in my drive. Driver spread the dry as best he could with his boot. Owner said he would be over in 1.5 hours, turned in to 4 hours. Quick sweep up by owner and outta here as sun was setting. Owner has no clue how to clean up chemical spill properly. Had A REPUTABLE company complete the tow for LESS money.
