Mike Chavez, the owner of the Norcal RV Body Inc, whom I was lucky to discover offers the best price for the best quality of the workmanship in Northern California. What I was impressed about Norcal was that when I was contacted by my Progressive insurance claim adjuster who, without a hesitation, also recommended Norcal as I was told that Norcal has a known reputation for performing a high quality of work in Northern California. Upon releasing my RV to him for repair, I was so impressed with his transparency, professionalism, straight forward approach, and attention to details by explaining the entire repair process. I left the shop with a full confidence knowing that my motorhome will be in good hand as he ensured satisfaction as if the accident has never happened. While my RV was in the shop, Mike had kept me updated regarding the repair work through out the entire process. When I picked up my motorhome, not only, I was impressed with the finished product, I was also very pleased with the fact that Mike will stand behind his work should there be any issues.
