This review is for an accident that occurred on 5/20. Unfortunately, I cannot give a negative star…read morerating to this group including the manager John Ram which he deserves! My wife's car was hit by an SRT light rail train in downtown Sacramento on the morning of 5/20/25. For some reason and possibly because SRT was involved in the incident, they called for a tow. Upon arrival, a very shady driver promptly told my wife they were planning to tow her car to their lot on Richards Blvd. He also said it would $550 to retrieve the car from their lot. I asked my wife to firmly let him know , NO TOW. I asked to speak with the North Valley Fleet Tow driver and informed the driver AGAIN that he was not to tow and that my insurance group had made arrangements to take the car to their repair facility. The next thing I heard was that the SRT said they were at fault and would take care of the tow charges to relocate the car out of traffic. They planned to take their body shop on Richards Blvd. Once my insurance company made arrangements to pick up the car from the Richards lot, I was told by the Manager John that the tow driver didn't have the proper documentation and wasn't even licensed to transport the car even though is onsite contact at Richards Blvd. reviewed the tow drivers docs as all correct. This was an out-and-out fraudulent comment. He is unprofessional and has a FOUL mouth, dropping F**Bombs on the phone. I simply hung up. This guy is never to be trusted! Once I got my insurance claims adjuster involved and John was promised his undeserving illegal payment, he suddenly changed his tune. He LIED to me about the driver's credentials just to apply pressure for payment knowing I wanted my wife's car out of his lot. Towing in general is a SCAM, they carry around police scanners in their trucks and as soon as there is a accident, they magically show up. Once they hook you up, you're on the hook for the payment! My advice is to stay AWAY FROM NORTH VALLEY FLEET SERVICES. If you see their tow truck, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES LET THEM TOW YOUR VEHICLE, YOU WILL REGRET IT! My hope is this helps someone else avoid this kind of unnecessary stress!

Not only because it was towed Saturday and closed Sunday, the cost should have been for 2 days if any that. Instead they charged me for 3 days although i was there first thing Monday morning at opening. If they are this money hungry then how honest can they be with body and paint. I wouldn't trust them.

I started shopping approximately a month ago, but I am even more serious now. Keep following as I start another road trip soon. A huge location and selection, both indoor and outdoor. My pictures do NOT do it justice. But I did NOT find that perfect RV; I am close. I guess the newest trend for the B class are portable induction stove tops. Guess it saves counter space...? And the manufacturer $$ which hopefully saves us $$. Ambiance - Again, a HUGE location. If I had more time, it would have been nice to hang out longer. Service - Randy and Susan were both very professional. Price - $130k; reasonably priced for AWD and new. But for that kind of $$, I need to sleep on it. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1972 and having 10 locations in California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Florida.

And interest rates were very reasonable!) Sales 3 stars - not the most warming guys out there. Friendly enough to make a sale but there were some very important questions that should have been asked before we purchased the rig that weren't. I accept responsibility for knowing some of things (like if there's actually a hitch on the damn car!) but there are things they should definitely confirm with first time buyers. unibody? The fact that we definitely NEEDED the weight distribution hitch? Thank God the car has a frame and that we asked them to throw in the hitch as part of the deal! But kudos to them for being very patient the day we went and spent an hour deciding if we wanted to buy! Orientation - 6/5 stars. Kevin was incredibly Thorough and knowledgeable especially for someone who's only 19 (almost 20! Happy birthday Kevin!). Answered all of our questions, was very professional and didn't mind repeating himself when needed. He had the hitch installed and set up for us, adjusted the brake controller and had the detail team do a touch up so we brought home a beautiful clean rig! Overall good experience and we are very excited for our future adventures.

I began to search all the available body shops online across the nation that are specializing RV body repair work, which it's a daunting task when you want your coach to be done in a right way especially there are only a few reputable good RV shops available in California. Mike Chavez, the owner of the Norcal RV Body Inc, whom I was lucky to discover offers the best price for the best quality of the workmanship in Northern California. What I was impressed about Norcal was that when I was contacted by my Progressive insurance claim adjuster who, without a hesitation, also recommended Norcal as I was told that Norcal has a known reputation for performing a high quality of work in Northern California. Upon releasing my RV to him for repair, I was so impressed with his transparency, professionalism, straight forward approach, and attention to details by explaining the entire repair process. I left the shop with a full confidence knowing that my motorhome will be in good hand as he ensured satisfaction as if the accident has never happened. While my RV was in the shop, Mike had kept me updated regarding the repair work through out the entire process. When I picked up my motorhome, not only, I was impressed with the finished product, I was also very pleased with the fact that Mike will stand behind his work should there be any issues. Color matching has always been a big challenge for most RV body shop due to multiple color scheme. However, Mike took on the challenge and did an incredible job in matching the existing colors. He restored the look to back to its originality. If you have a RV that you are considering to have it repaired, Mike's shop is highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

Staff is very nice and we did bring it in just before Memorial Day so we knew we would probably have a wait. All we needed was generator oil change, checking the water pump and battery load, looking at the tires sensors, checking the roof and a wash. They said we needed new tape on top to keep the solar panels in place and couldn't find anything wrong with the pump. We got it back after three weeks and on the walk-through were actually told that the guys took all the old tape off and cleaned it up when they didn't even need to do that but they thought it was a water repellent issue which it wasn't. So who knows how much extra time went to that at $175 an hour or so. We also noticed later that we didn't get the tire valve caps back and I went to turn on the air conditioner unit in the 96° heat in downtown Saceamento and they had not turned the switch back on for that in the generator. That meant that after consulting with AI during a work event, I I was crawling under the RV in downtown Sacramento on the street to open the generator cover and flip the switch. The work overall cost $1100. Obviously, we did not think it was particularly affordable, convenient and we're not pleased with the handling of the relatively simple items on our list. There's another place not too far from us and a highly rated mobile technician as well that maybe we'll try next time. ARV business model involves multiple different technicians working on the van, which is why it takes so long, but in addition to the inconvenience we just got pretty mixed results on the work.
