This is the only sit down restaurant option in Terminal C, and the line for the Starbucks counter was super long so Nate and I decided to risk it even with the less than stellar Yelp reviews. We had a 10 am flight and we had gotten to the airport pretty early so we were in search of breakfast. There was a short wait to be seated, but the employees we interacted with were super friendly and kind. The breakfast options are pretty basic - a few omelets, a breakfast plate, and a breakfast sandwich. I went with the Sanibel omelet (bacon, sausage, tomato, and a couple kinds of cheese) with breakfast potatoes and sourdough. Nate got the breakfast BLT sandwich with fruit. We were able to order via the QR code at our table and our food came out quickly. The server who sat us also took our coffee order but we never got any waters. The food was very decent for airport food. The omelet wasn't overcooked and the cheese was plentiful. The potatoes were pretty boring and needed a lot of ketchup and hot sauce, but the fruit was fresh, just not a very big portion. The bacon here is definitely laughable (paper thin strips that are precooked) so don't order that on its own. The sausage was much more flavorful. We paid our bill using the QR code which was great as we were able to vacate the table for the long line that was forming. I won't be running back but if I'm starving it will do in a pinch. This is the only sit down place to eat at Terminal C, and they definitely use that monopoly to embrace mediocrity. Lol. We didn't have enough time to eat before the airport, so this was pretty much our only choice. The menu was underwhelming - standard pub fare, with a few seafood things sprinkled in (fish tacos or shrimp/fish ceasar) but not really a lot that even attempts to represent local cuisine. The place was packed and very loud. Tables were very close together, with people very frequently squeezing between the tables with their roller luggage because they don't leave a main aisle. There's a QR code but also table service. There are only a couple of servers so they're pretty busy, but our waiter was as attentive as he could be. I got the mahi ceasar. It was fine. Airport quality food, and the fish was a little fishi and not super seasoned or blackened. My coworker got the ceasar with crispy chicken instead of grilled, and only once he was bringing us our food did our waiter tell us that he would have to charge her separately for chicken tenders. As in, not an upcharge, he charged her for two completely separate meals (even though he didn't bring fries with the chicken tenders, and just put the chicken on the salad.) Her bill alone was like $40 because of this so we decided to say something - at which point he said he'd talk to his manager, then came back and said to our surprise that he comped the whole bill, which was nice. Our theory is that there is no manager nor add on and and they just have to comp everything. That was unexpected though and was pretty nice. Food did come out quickly. Noting that even though I don't eat wings, some tables around us ordered them and they looked and smelled pretty good so maybe that's the move here. Lol. All in all it It's not the worst airport food I've ever had, but given the choice I"d probably just eat before coming to the airport whenever possible. read more

Dear management, a restaurant can have ok overpriced food with pleasant service. It's a better model than one with rude service. I fly frequently from RSW and will not eat here again. The best part of the service is that you can use a QR code to order and pay. I learned this after 10 minutes of sitting at the bar before one was tossed in front of me.. The only place to eat at this terminal and the line to get in proved it. The host was fantastic and had a great attitude and made people feel like they were important. We sat at the bar and the service was fantastic. We had the grilled chicken sandwich with fries and although it was good the chicken breast was a little on the thin side. Food was served quick and hot and the workers all seemed happy which you don't always get at airport restaurants. read more

I have eaten here multiple times and have always had a good experience. Had the wings today and a beer. You order on your phone, Ashley immediately acknowledged my order and received my beer promptly. 12 wings arrived soon thereafter and paid the bill on the phone. For a bar in an airport not bad. After paying premium prices, I received plasticware, not even real silverware. And they could have at least pretended to not use cheap ingredients. I received a Kraft packet of boxed ranch to go with my buffalo chicken sandwich. Unfortunately this is your only option for some kind of meal in this airport. So just bring your own from outside. Two slices of pre-sliced Oscar Meyer package ham, they forgot the friggin Swiss cheese, a slice and a half of bacon for $20. Waitperson Jamie was totally officious and not at all friendly and customer-oriented. Restaurant fare was limited and not as good as McDonalds. Breakfast service ends at 9:30am sharp! Only restaurant on this side of the C terminal. One of the worst food I have ate. I had the "double" Turkey club and it was a Oscar turkey club with microwave bacon. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger with the microwave bacon and questionable hamburger meat. The service wasn't too bad. They need to step it up. The manager makes this big public announcement about leaving and was an ass hole to me and my wife and I will never be back. The service was pretty good; the gentleman taking care of me was very attentive to anything I needed. The ambiance is very crowded and noisy. The music should not be blaring at 11AM. It was at the airport and the only place for a sit down meal and a drink......and their system went down. No food, no drink. After about 45 minutes (of my wait, I understand it was down for some time before I got there) the system went back up. The place went from zero to full in 60 seconds. Hostess would not allow me to stand at the bar behind by wife while I waited for a seat. She told me I had to sit at a table which was more obstructive to staff than had I stood at the bar. Rude bartender summarily directed me to wait in line for a single bar seat. No signage said wait at hostess stand for bar and that's not typical in airports. Seems to be the problem of monopoly. Before we left Florida we ended up with a delay at the airport and needed one last meal so we decided on Dewar's Clubhouse. The place was pretty full, but a few tables cleared out after just a few minutes. We started off with two Sam Adams Winter Lagers - they only sell one size here so it's 20oz only. When the server returned with the beers we put in our order...I got the Ancho Chili Chicken Quesadilla and Wifey got the Grilled Key Lime Avocado Chicken Sandwich with fries. Our meals were fine, but nothing that blew our doors off. My quesadilla could have had a little more chicken, but it was otherwise fine. The rent many options down in this gate area, but I think this was the better option for us. read more

The mahi mahi sandwich was much better than either of the fish sandwiches I'd had at restaurants with glorious views during a long weekend in Naples. Thumping loud "noisy" nightclub type music. Not indicative of those who might drink Dewar's. Background music is what's called for in an eatery of any kind. Oh and.. interrupted by commercials every couple minutes as well, equally disruptive. All else could be forgiven but the noise coming over the speakers made our visit unbearable. Top 40 would have been fine. App for ordering food didn't work at first and had to be re-set manually by staff while we waited. Very very limited cocktail list, like 4 items. And most were tequila based, not something that appeals to the masses. Food options were very limited and of sub-par quality.
