Once I went to a real functional medicine Dr they discovered what the cause of all of my health issues was in one visit. I really enjoyed seeing Dr Singh, unfortunately she prescribed me a new medication at every visit. Prozac, Wellbutrin, adderall, Xanax, etc. A functional medicine Dr does not polydrug their patient to mask their symptoms. Then came my 4 year long journey of withdrawal due to Dr Singh abruptly taking me off all the antidepressants she had me on. She has done this to 2 other people that I know personally, and they have suffered equally as much as me as a result. When I realized that I was in withdrawal, her only response to me was "want me to send you another prescription for Prozac?" I stayed off all the meds and finally made out of the withdrawal hell, battled severe withdrawal symptoms including depression, suicidal ideation, panic attacks and horrific akathisia just to share a few and I now feel strong and amazing and I am returning to warn others and perhaps educate the Dr herself of the damages that overprescribing can cause. We made it absolutely clear that this was urgent. By Friday morning, we followed up again and stressed that we needed the report immediately to proceed with a critical orthopedic appointment. We were told the request had been submitted and that it would be handled. That turned out to be empty reassurance. As of now, there is still no report. No urgency, no communication, no accountability. Meanwhile, my daughter is in pain, and we are left worrying about improper healing and long-term damage because of this delay. This is not just "bad service." When a diagnostic center delays results in an urgent case like this, they are actively putting patients at risk. In this case, a child. What makes it worse is the complete lack of follow-through. Once payment is taken, it feels like the responsibility ends there. No one takes ownership, and no one seems to care about the consequences. If your situation is even slightly urgent, do not rely on this place. You may end up paying the price in ways that actually matter your health.

I was also told they had called me to notify me, which was not true and could not be verified in my phone records. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no attempt to help find a solution. Patients deserve better communication and respect for their time.
