Great hidden flowers shop in a mega open air mall like The Grover LA and Original Farmer's Market definitely makes me feel a certain kind of the way. They have beautiful plants of all varieties... Including some strong succulents. I've only purchased from them a handful of times as I'm never planning to add to my plant collection, but the impulse of a plant parent is strong. Love all the fun arrangements and terrariums, not to mention hanging plants, snake plants, and so forth. While they do specialize in those easy to manage culents, they have a big variety in such a cozy space. Service is always top-notch! Such a hidden gem!! For it being at The Farmers Market/The Grove, the pricing is very affordable. They all come including the decorative pots but also have some that are individual if wanted. The worker was very nice and helpful when we had questions. They said that their owner (Mr.Lee) comes by daily to drop off new goodies and they have another location at Century City. Walking around The Grove, you get towards the end of the shopping area and into the Farmer's market, you are suddenly greeted by a refreshing burst of green and all sorts of other colors glittering under, inside and over a sea of artfully placed and shaped glass containers. It was pure magic for me and the Au. Beautiful in every way. Magical, modern, and classic all rolled into one. We just had to have one. Or, as it turned out, 4. We were instructed to spritz them once a week but turns out it wasn't enough. Mine lasted for a few months. Au's maybe around the same. Now, I'm left with maybe two cacti in each container. All the colorful ones, dead. I don't mind. They were a beauty in their full bloom. Price range of $14 to $45 per piece. Ended up paying about $95+ for four of them. read more

Don't get me wrong supporting small business is all good , but when they are trying to rip u off and lie to u I don't support. So I had this plant I payed 40$ for I told a manager letting him know my plant died with in the three moths of having it and he told my to come in and they will take care of it and the employee told me I would only receive a 30% off and also give back the glass container I payed for to get a new plant and a new glass container. What is that I payed for it so why can't I keep it?!!! Anyways I talked to the manager named Mr lee who responded to me very strange (I will be showing a picture down below ) and I went back to talk to the employee and he wasn't even at the hospital he lied and just didn't wanna talk to me about the situation because when she showed me the messages between them it said please don't give them my number. When his personal number was already the one that I was texting (the funny thing was that he didn't even want to talk on the phone he said to text him rudely) if he really didn't want people to know his personal number he shouldn't have it on Yelp and Google. I've bought 4 of these beautiful plants over the span of 2 years, as 4 separate gifts. Let me tell you, they're such a hit! Everyone who has received them, has said they look like "little worlds". Which is absolutely true! Definitely on my list of "best gifts under $25" My very first one, died after 8 months and I will add that it's last 6-8 weeks of life I didn't give it as good of care as I was during its first 6 months. So i can vouch for how long these last. I see some issues with customer service from other reviews but I can say, I've never had that issue. I've bought from two locations (the grove, and Fashion Square during holiday seasons) and both have been friendly and very helpful! read more

6 months ago I bought multiple flowers in flower pots from dewy flowers, had an excellent customer service experience, and my grandmother loves the flowers I bought her so much that she told me it's one of the best gifts I ever got her. I'm planning on returning and buying more flowers for my grandma as I will be back in Los Angeles again soon to visit. I really believe Dewy Flowers takes pride in creating beautiful, quality arrangements and truly care that their customers experience delight and joy in each piece. I was out of the country, but wanted to send my boyfriend something special for our anniversary. I called the business for help and (using their website as visual aid) they helped me pick out a tasteful arrangement, a "medium cut ball" terrarium of succulents. It was about 9" in diameter and they sent me photos just to make sure I was satisfied. Paying over the phone was a breeze and I arranged for a courier to pickup and deliver the package to my boyfriend's office. I was so excited to surprise my boyfriend with something unexpected and unique. Well imagine my disappointment when I found out the courier transported the arrangement, which was placed in a closed box, on it's side and everything had fallen out of the terrarium. Disappointed, I called Dewy Flowers to see if there was anything we could do to fix the arrangement, knowing it was no fault of theirs. Their response was so nice and impressive--they said that my boyfriend could stop by the shop that day. My boyfriend got a new, equally exquisite terrarium at no additional charge and no fuss from the owners. I'm so impressed with Dewy Flowers' passion for what they do and the lengths they're willing to go to satisfy their customers. The terrarium has lasted for over a year and still looks great. Unfortunately they are not well versed in what they're selling... I received a cactus as a gift and I was told to put it in sunlight. I did. It started dying. Then they said no, it should be indoors away from the sun. I did that that also. It's still dying. Then they changed their tune again and said it should have been in indirect sunlight from the beginning and now that it's almost dead they will charge me 30% of the price to re-pot it for me. I mean seriously? I know that plants die - I get that - but why don't you CORRECTLY tell me what to do from the beginning instead of have different sales people say three different things?? I went to the location located near The Grove and the Farmers Market. While visiting the Farmers Market I noticed this kiosk filled with plants in glass jars/containers. My girlfriend and I were amazed at how pretty they looked. It was something i've never seen before and thought it was a novelty item. The nice store owner was very informative telling us things like how often the terrarium should be misted and how much to mist. Yea, you have to mist them. Prices ranged from 15 to 45 dollars depending on how big the glass container is. I picked up a small hanging one and a very beautiful orchid in a long oval shaped container. Everything comes with extra rope for hanging and a set of instructions plus the stores website. I have listed the other branches of Dewys Flowers underneath and hope this store will get more attention online. From what I have seen it is very popular but does not have a strong online presence. Can confirm what others on here have said about the owner being rude and your plants dying shortly after purchase. She gives the same watering instructions no matter what plant you purchase which will inevitably lead to your plant dying. She will then be completely rude and blame you for the plant dying when you take it back to her before blowing you off so she can focus on the new unsuspecting customers she can hoodwink. read more

Love my little arrangement!! I've bought about 4 of these. Two small, one open one, and a large one that I posted a pic of. They last about 6 months for me and I water them randomly throughout the week. The lady is very sweet and sometimes works out deals for you if you combine buying two things. These look great at home, I keep them inside a room, with little sunlight. Definitely recommend buying from her, and she makes custom ones if you want any type of particular cactus. read more

I came across this fairy tale like booth at the Grove's Farmers market and had to take a peek. I love the designs of the succulents in the glass bulbs. You know, the ones you see on Etsy and Pinteresst but are too lazy to make. Well, if you're more of a buyer instead of a DIYer, then this booth is for you! All of his plants in the glass bulbs are healthy, didn't see any rotting ones. The prices for the displays depends on the size, but they are very competitive! If you buy more than one, he gives you the "asian" discount. At least that's what he did with me when I bought 4 plants, and no, I didn't ask for the discount :) read more

I needed gifts for coworkers so I thought, why not succulents! They don't exactly require a green thumb and all the terrariums are adorable. I originally went looking for their location in Century City Westfield because it was right next to wear I work but when I couldn't find it, I called and I found out they closed that kiosk so I headed out to the Grove. It was easy to find upon asking at the Farmer's Market and they validate Farmer's Market parking. All of the terrariums are adorable and the woman working there was sweet. I picked out four small blooming cacti terrariums at $17 a piece. Each terrarium comes with a care sheet as well. I also asked her about air plants, because I have one at home, and she gave me a care sheet for them as well. Overall, a great place. I just wished that the Century City location was still there so it would have saved me a trip to the Grove. read more

She kept trying to show me other air planters that didn't fit the shape that I wanted, I asked her if she'd sell it to me at a discounted price, and she still said no, that she'd sell me a fresh one. The whole time I just want what I'm asking for. My friend wanted a wreath, but because the attendant didn't know how much it was, she wouldn't sell it! I unfortunately had a terrible experience at this place. I went last Sunday to buy some hanging succulents as christmas gifts. The items at this little kiosk are rather nice, but the customer service is horrific. I asked an older woman who worked there (i assume she is the owner) if the plants were real and she replied rudely "of course" like i was an idiot. She was not interested in answering my questions and then she started dusting the shelves and literally pushed me out of her way with her body. I responded by saying "did you seriously just push me out of the way and not even say excuse me?". She looked at me blankly and carried on. I am not sure why this woman was so rude, but what i am sure about is that i will never give this establishment my business. read more

Passing through the Grove my wife and I saw this stand with lots of cute little succulent mixed with a colorful cactus bulb such as red, orange, yellow or hot pink in different sizes glass terrarium. We decided to get one of the small ones and so got it boxed up and in a bag. Later that evening a mishap happened from my clumsiness and so I took it back to see if anything could be done. The person there said they would take care of it and happily accommodated. It was excellent customer service above and beyond the norm!
