Tucked away in Hollywood on the cusp of West Hollywood off of Sycamore Ave and Fountain Avenue, just a small skip east from La Brea Avenue. They're open from 9 AM until 5:30 PM all 7 days of the week. And carry plants, planters, gardening essentials and wonderoud things of all shapes and sizes. I've been passing by frequently for nearly two months on my way to work usually before they're open or after they're closed on as I make my way home and finally got to stop in and explore. I know this wasn't cheap, but they know how much I love plants -- I have over 100 indoor plants -- so it was such a thoughtful and meaningful gift. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company due to its replacement policy and customer service. Even with a green thumb and years of experience caring for plants, almost half of the plants I received did not survive for more than a month. What is disappointing is that the company only offers a replacement or refund within 3 days of receiving the plants. Plants are living things, and sometimes issues do not become apparent immediately. A better policy would allow customers enough time to see whether the plants are truly healthy. For comparison, companies like Costa Farms have a much more customer-friendly return policy, which shows they stand behind the quality of their plants. The person who emailed my daughter today after she reached out for help was also unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the experience even more disappointing. I truly appreciate the thoughtful gift from my children -- the idea was perfect because they know me so well -- but unfortunately, this company did not live up to the expectations that came with such a special gift.
