Refused, asked for the receipt he hid. He knew he been BUSTED, then started acting very hostile. I asked for refund. He then refunded ( funny, the same charge he said did not go through. I am very disappointed. I purchased $150 worth of flowers and they died the next day. I called the merchant to address the issue and I was told that I may have not watered them correctly. I've been taking care of plants for a long time and this doesn't seem accurate to spend this type of money and be told I'm not doing something right. I told him my budget was around $25-30 and that it was for one of our male associates, so I wanted it to be a bit more masculine. He picked out flowers that were beautiful but at first I wasn't sure if they would all work together, but then he put them all together for me and it was absolutely beautiful. I picked up some eucalyptus, roses, and poppies to make my own arrangement. The total came out to around $30 which is such a steal. I opted to arrange the flowers myself simply because I enjoy it but all of the bouquets I saw coming out were stunning! My arrangement turned out exactly as I had imagined. I can not begin to express how exceptional this florist is. I have gone to then for years and have received every type of exceptional bouquet. They have brought more joy into my life than I can share. The response is always the same when someone sees their work," wow !" I actually just call in to place an order, tell them my price point, what I'm hoping for and then they make magic happen. It is not the usual practice of a florist to be so accommodating and receptive. However, the girls from the shop are not your average floral designers. They are so skilled , so well practiced and so adaptive( and friendly, pretty and funny.) All of their services are super affordable, and they should be at least twice as expensive if not more , for what you get. I would not recommend this place to anybody, I would recommend this place to anybody that really cares about the person receiving their flowers. read more

Would love to give negative stars. Very dishonest business owner. I was in a collision with one of his drivers who had just exited the parking lot. His car rolled back into mine because the driver had put the car in park and the brake did not work, causing his car to roll back and hit my vehicle! It is obvious his car had impact because mine was at a complete standstill and his impacted mine- causing all damage! Of course, him and his driver are lying ---- they have not a scratch on their vehicle. They have nothing to lose by LYING THRU THEIR TEETH and the company insurance doesnt go up!!! DESPICABLE. This place is truly a gem. There are plenty of employees to help you find something pefect for your occasion (good for if you don't know a lot about flowers) and their prices are consistently half of other florists. Quite frankly, I am not sure how they do it. They have a prime location on Santa Monica Blvd. and quite a bit of space inside. I'm sure the overhead is ridiculous. I was a regular here, bought flowers every week for months. Last week my girlfriend noticed some of the flowers were dying in the arrangement, so I brought it up to the owner(?). Instead of giving store credit, they offered me nothing except a verbal loop of, 'next time return it within 24 hrs'. I told them I wasn't a happy customer and they shrugged it off and could care less, displaying zero empathy or customer service. To make matters worse the girl rolls her eyes at the next customer, right in front of me!!! Rude, tone def and just plain arrogant. They have a wide selection and the flowers are fresh and the woman who helped me was very nice. They have a couple metered parking spots right in front of the store and the Shell gas station. First impression: Came here on a Saturday morning to get some flowers for lei-making. I found street parking right away, probs Bc it was raining and not many people were out. The place was actually a little bigger than anticipated, but obviously no where near comparable to LA Flower District Flowers Considering I wasn't planning for a huge event or anything, I'd say the flower section is alright. They didn't have any ferns tho, which is the one thing I for sure needed. Service Would've given 4 stars, but they don't have any prices on the flowers which is SUPER annoying if you're trying to work w a budget. The receipt also doesn't show the price breakdown and the cashier kinda just mumbled the prices to herself as she rang me up, almost as if she didn't want me to hear....? She was helpful tho when I asked for alternatives for ferns, I'll give her that. Overall I'd rather come here for small-scale flower needs than shlump all the way to DTLA. Might have difficulty w larger event needs. I spent $67 total ($65 originally pero tax) for 6 bundles of flowers/plants. Not bad. read more

I needed flowers stat but didn't want to drive all the way to downtown flower district in a hurry and in the rain... low and behold I found this wholesale flower shop on my way home and I'm so glad I stopped by. I picked up a small batch of flowers for only $8 - pretty sure they cut me a good deal which was really nice of them. And they wrapped them in nice brown paper for me. There is a variety of flowers depending on what's in season and prices are very reasonable compared to the other flower shops in this area. If you don't want to make the trip to downtown LA then this is a great stop in WeHo! Would recommend to anyone needing flowers on a budget. I can't even explain how good these guys are. I sent flowers for a birthday and they were better than I could have expected. 1. Best price I could find in the area. (Now a days price is just as important as service so the fact they were more than competative was a great find) 2. Amazing customer service for a phone order. Ricardo was able to answer all of my questions, understood my urgency, got a clear understanding of what I wanted, kept to his word when it came to product and cost, and topped it off with a phone call once the custom arrangement had been delivered. 3. The flowers were HUGE! Roses, Orchids, Stargazers, greenery; all in a glass vase that was filled with a large green leaf to make sure you didn't see the stems of the flowers. 4. Timely. They gave me a schedule and stuck to it. All I can say is they have made me a repeat customer for sure. In a market with tons of competition they have out done themselves for sure. Only suggestion: Get cards that have their business name and info on them so when they do a great job like this they can get the free advertising that comes with the audience. read more
