If she didn't hang up on me, I would have simply rescheduled. Yes. She hung up on me. Stay away from whatever is going on at this location.

I had high anxiety regarding dental procedures (I'd had 12 baby teeth removed with nothing but Novocain, and found it deeply unpleasant) so I requested general anesthesia, which this office tries to avoid. I was offered another sedative (Triazolam), and promised nitrous oxide if the sedative didn't affect me as intended. Well, it didn't, and instead of the promised nitrous, an extra nurse was brought in to hold my head in place as I sobbed and struggled through the whole procedure. We had planned to have Dr. Sorensen place the implant as well, but we went back to a surgeon who was willing to actually sedate me. I truly deeply hope this was far from the way this office usually runs things, but after my experience there, I have to recommend avoiding this office.

They charge me for those! Also, he talked me into a 3-D scan that he didn't even forward to the oral surgeon. Just proceeded with scheduling deep cleanings when all I really needed was to get a tooth pulled and the hole closed. Totally unnecessary and expensive. Unless you think your money and time are endless, I would avoid this prima donna.

The front staff was very friendly and all three spoke as soon as I walked in the door. They were very welcoming. My hygienist (Cathy) was very pleasant and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Cornish was my dentist. She was very friendly and put a permanent filling in for me. She was GREAT!!! She talked and was very friendly and made me feel at home. She ask if I had any questions and told me not to hesitste to call if anything came up before my next cleaning. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a clean, professional, friendly dentist!! P.S. The comfort dog was off today. Hopefully, he will be there next time....

WASIELEWSKI after my wife had an incident with a tooth and we are very thankful that we did, we feel strongly he is a brilliant and amazing surgeon and an amazing human being. His skill sets are immense and comprehensive. By absolutely no stretch of the imagination, my wife had a major issue that we came in with, and right from the first consultation Dr. Wasilewski put us at ease with his personality and demeanor, all doctors would be truly fortunate if they possessed even a fraction of what Dr. Wasilewski possesses in terms of soft skills and true ability. On a small side note, I had a highly impacted wisdom tooth that really started bothering me and because we had met Dr. Wasilewski through my wife's case I scheduled an appointment for my wisdom tooth extraction even though my tooth was highly impacted Dr. Wasilewski did an exceptional job with it. Additionally, all the people working there are very kind and caring. They have a wonderful team. In closing, in our humble opinion, Dr. Wasilewski is outstanding, and we would very highly recommend him.

He consulted with me, took images, extracted the problem tooth, installed a new implant, and I now have a much happier mouth. I found Dr. W and his staff to be quite personable, communicative, thorough, and professional, all with a smile. Every step in our process was taken mindfully, and with the patient's mental/physical well-being as the top priority. Long story short, Dr. W is exactly the person I want when I need any surgical procedure in my mouth, and I would absolutely recommend him to others.

My post op instructions has a phone number no longer in use. Everyone is nice but the level of disorganization feels like it can and will affect your health. The day of my dental procedure I called and asked if I was suppose to be taking an antibiotic the front desk told me that was not necessary. When I got to my appointment I asked again and the dental assistant and doctor were both pretty shocked that I was told I didn't need an antibiotic. From my experience the quality of your care here will be dependent on how proactive you are for advocating for yourself.

You've probably Googled the "pinhole" procedure and are considering paying thousands of dollars…read moreout-of-pocket because you hope for a less invasive gum graft with a quicker recovery. This is not that. My surgery with Dr. Nemeth was the most traumatic medical experience of my life. The gums were sliced away from the bone, packed with donor tissue, stretched back over the teeth and sewn with stitches in a figure eight pattern around my lower teeth and lip, with knots poking out of my lip. Now, over six months later, I have permanent nerve damage (loss of sensation in my lower lip and chin), and excessive scar tissue in my mouth where my gums were stretched and sewn. I also now need a procedure called a vestibuloplasty to create space between the lower lip and gums but my new periodontist and neurologist say that doing this would further compromise the damaged nerves. To add insult to injury, my gum recession has returned to where it was before and all of this did nothing to stabilize the teeth. I will likely need a traditional gum graft using tissue from the roof of my mouth - the very procedure I was hoping to avoid by going to Dr. Nemeth for the pinhole procedure. Since Dr. Nemeth asked me for this review less than 24 hours after my surgery (and after every subsequent follow-up appointment), I assume he wants his patients' experiences to be known. I hope my story helps at least one prospective patient re-evaluate their options.
