This review serves as a cautionary tale to anyone considering working with this company for their special day. The troubles began when it became apparent that the much-needed wedding chairs and architect were missing from the ceremony venue. As a result, our guests were left waiting uncomfortably, unsure of what was happening. The only silver lining during this frustrating time was the hotel shuttle buses, which kindly offered cool air and shade to our guests. However, this gesture was in no way the responsibility of the rental company and instead a result of the hotel's considerate staff. The lack of communication from LGS Events and Party Rental added insult to injury. They failed to provide any updates or information to the wedding party, leaving us in the dark about when or if the chairs and arch would ever arrive. This lack of accountability and professionalism is simply unacceptable, especially on such an important day. Ultimately, the groom was forced to make the difficult decision to proceed with the wedding ceremony, even without the chairs and the arch. As a result, all the expenses we incurred for flowers and arrangements to decorate the non-existent arch and chairs went to waste.
