My siblings and I hired Pearl Rose Academy to evaluate my 91yo mother's driving. We had our concerns. Brandon understood and took mom on as a client. They spent 5 hours together and we ended up being reassured that all is safe for our mom, for now. Brandon called me after each lesson and gave me details about mom's skill set. Mom agreed for us to do this and she ended up loving Brandon. We will call Pearl Rose in a year or two or if we see a decline in mom's ability to be safe for herself and others on the road.As you can predict, taking away a parent's right to drive is a hard responsibility. We want mom to have the objective, professional input from Brandon so she can make her own decision when the time comes. I booked the class 2 weeks in advance and this was the only face to face truck dispatcher course I could find and luckily it is close to my house! The class was from 10-5 on a Saturday. All my questions were answered and I feel like I am ready to dispatch now. I learned a lot not only about dispatching but also about the trucking industry in general. Awesome class and I highly recommend for anyone wanting to become a truck dispatcher or broker. They have a separate class on how to become a broker.

The following weeks at the truck yard he would find ways to teach every student how to do a pre-trip correctly from point A to Z. Mr. Jeff passion to teach made me feel more comfortable with what I was doing, he will use acronyms that made it easier for me to understand procedures. when it came time to do trailer maneuvers his attention to detail and pointers help me understand what I need it to do, also on the road testing I was able to feel confident by his side as i drove through out the metroplex, he will point out and make references at what I need it to do to become a better driver. Now I'm a CDL class A license holder I sincerely thank Mr. Jeff for his method of teaching and his calm demeanor. also Mr. Chuck, Jeff's assistant contributed on helping me how to do my pre-trip in a timely manner, took me to do my road test at the Texas DMV and stayed there if I had any questions.
