My car broke down at the walmart in crowley. I requested the tow, and no joke he was there in 7 minutes. He then explained everything and told me I could relax in the tow truck with the A/C. He got my car loaded up quick and got it to my house no problem. He dropped it right where I wanted it. It was as smooth as it gets. He even took the time to give me advice on what might be wrong with my car after I explained what it was doing when it broke down. This company is a great with standup people that are true to their word! I was stranded in my old school hotrod in a gas station parking lot.....and one of their tow trucks just happened to show up while I was waiting for my Hagerty tow that was gonna take nearly 3 hours. I had already waited 1.5 hours. I thought my Hagerty tow was just early, but no. Talked with the driver, Doug (awesome guy), and he called the owner. This place is awesome. The service I received was the best I've received in a long time. I was already frustrated because two companies had canceled on me without notifying me. But DFW Hook It Towing accepted the job, arrived when they said they would, texted periodically to confirm status, was friendly and cordial while loading the car, provided and ETA of drop off at the new location, and confirmed drop off. I took 2 different cars in to be repainted. One car was needing full paint to resolve advanced oxidation. The truck was hit hard with hail damage. Both cars came out great! When my vehicle wouldn't go into neutral they had a different method to use to get the my vehicle onto the truck and kept me informed every step of the way.
