I specifically made…read moremy choice on this company because they had a vehicle for 17 people WITH seat belts as we have small kids in our party (looking at Christmas lights) and parents wanting to bring car seats and boosters. The vehicle that showed up didn't have any seat belts, and when I called to inquire they said the other vehicle was being serviced for AC. I would have liked to know earlier only because the seat belt issue was so pivotal and it put people in an uncomfortable spot trying to decide whether to pass on a really fun holiday family time or just take a risk with babies on board. This bus was also dirty from use, visible dust on seats & dust coming out of AC vents. There were several tech issues that made the day-of confusing (Google calendar invites for the ride canceling, then moving from our scheduled time from 6pm to 4pm, a different driver from the original text message, and the driver telling me tip wasn't included though I certainly had paid the 20% up front). Our driver was patient and accommodating (Melvin) to the confusion while I called the company to figure out next steps, and after the ride when I showed him I already pre-paid his tip. All in all the front end of this company was great, the back end was kind of a mess. To their credit, they did offer a full refund to me if I didn't take the ride and were apologetic. I'd go with another company if you need something super specific like seat belts and want better communication up front if things change with your ride.

Here's how they royally screwed us over: I called Frisco Limousine on 8/26. Gave them ALL THE DETAILS of the pick up/drop off information for my niece's wedding. They quoted me a price of $360 but said they'd have to increase it to $450 since the pick up was out of their usual zone. No problem. $450 it is. I spoke to a guy named Jack and called back and confirmed it with another guy. Same price quote. Called my sister. She booked the limo and put down a deposit. They actually quoted her a price of $360, based on all the exact same information. Fine $360-450. This range works. For precisely TWENTY NINE DAYS they had all this information and stuck to this price. THEN FOUR HOURS BEFORE THE WEDDING THEY DOUBLED THE PRICE! They called us and told us that the price will be $720 because the pick up is out of their usual zone. We explained to them that they already factored this in to the original quote, nothing about our reservation had changed -- so why did the price change? They didn't care and told us we could take it or leave it. With no time to find a replacement car service for the wedding, we had no choice but to continue the reservation. This is an illegal business practice, and we made this quite clear to them on the phone. Then, throughout the hours leading up to the wedding, we keep getting random texts from them about how our driver was no longer available, there was a car issue, yadda yadda. They switched drivers on us FOUR TIMES within the hours prior to the wedding. I spent half of the wedding reception calling them every hour on the hour to make sure we still had a driver for the bride and groom. We had to have a wedding guest agree to be a back up driver in case they didn't show. Frisco Limousine was a total black mark on my niece's wedding day. The only positive thing I can say is that they did actually show up. After lots of stress and DOUBLING THE COST at the last minute. Con artists. Bait and switch pricing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The first limo broke down when it arrived at school & had the hood up. The driver stated a "brand new white limo with lights" was to arrive. The "brand new" limo never came as they apparently just "repaired" the original limo. We made it to our first destination with a radio full of static. As we were headed to our second destination, the limo broke down with our students in it!!! At this point, the most safe option for us was to get out of the limo and take the kids across 4 lanes to the side of the road, where we stayed for a total of 42 minutes. The driver stated once again that another limo was on the way to get us. We had to call another teacher from our campus to come get us since we had to get the kids back to campus for car pool. Since that day, the company has been giving us the run-around. We submitted the "claim" like we were instructed to do and no one gets back to us or returns our call. Apparently they have to "investigate" but we can never talk to the manager/owner "Aimee." We FINALLY got this response from "Aimee" "Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I do apologize that the vehicle had a mechanical issue with your group inside it. Sometimes these things happen when you are dealing with vehicles and it becomes inconvenient. It was a battery issue, and was fixed within minutes of me arriving on the scene. A second vehicle was dispatched to come and get you as well as myself and the mechanic headed your way. I was in Garland when I got the call so I was there within 20 minutes. I have pulled the vehicle tracking and see that the time lines do not match as this was not over an hour broke down. You have already taken it upon yourself to discount per minute, therefore I can not offer you any further discount than what you have already taken. We do not charge per minute, we charge per hour blocks. Our tracking shows that you clearly used over 2 hours of of service. The contract that you signed states that you understand you are paying in hour blocks and that you agree to pay the amount listed, which you did not. You have already taken your partial refund. " We are taking to Facebook first, with our next stop possibly being NBC 5 with our customer complaint.
