David and his management team were so great that I drove 6 hrs round trip to buy a bike. The process wasn't crazy and there wasn't a whole lot of back and forth. More than anything they understood what my expectation was. I'd definitely recommend shopping with them if you live nearby. Update: 1/29/26 I'm not going back on my statements about the purchasing process, it was by far one of the easiest I've ever had. However, the after-sale process has been horrible! I opted to have DFW handle the registration and it's been one thing after another. Made my purchase 12/20 and the paperwork wasn't received by my DMV until 1/17. I got a call from the DMV 1/29 thinking my plates and paperwork were ready for pick up only to be told they hadn't received all of the paperwork from the dealer. No DL, Ins, they were sent a TX registration application not one for my state, and while I understood it was an estimated amount, on top of it all I also have to send additional money for fees and taxes. None of the fault lies with the DMV, but still, I can't just take these items to my local TAG Agency, I have to mail them in because the paperwork was sent to the main facility. Hopefully this process gets completed before my tag expires because I was also told by the Sales Mgr. when I called to get an update on 1/14 they would e-mail me with an extension for my temp tag and I still haven't gotten it. So yes, the after-sale process has sucked for me. Maybe if I lived in TX it would've been smoother, but I don't. read more

So it's been alittle over a month, bought a ducatti from Manny at DFW redline. My main purchase this year was getting a bike, its been about 12 years since I road. He had a beautiful 959 panigale for sale. Manny made the process to buy the bike fairly simple. There was a module and small cover that needed replacing. He kept his word and got it fixed. Overall it was a smooth process and a dependable/honest shop to get a bike from. Very happy with everything. read more

Be aware!! They do not take serious their customer!!! I was there in person, I saw the bike which has been fallen and had some scratches. I asked off course for discount and we agreed a number. They knew I would you use my bank to financing the bike. I am very busy and I lost 1h skipping my work to make things work and run an application with my bank, I also sent my ID and all my info by txt message to make easier for both parties and save time, and by the end of the day, they did not sell the bike because I was asking too much, specially when I said I would test drive the bike first before sign any paperwork. The first red flag!! Also they were trying to make an obligation for I pay $399 for they do maintenance and by law I have the right to decline, specially when I know how to do all my maintenance myself. I lost my application, got my credit affected and now I am looking for a good bike in a serious shop. Be aware!!! read more

Shehean (manager) plays games. Been trying to work a deal on an 2009 Honda VTX 1300 which is $400 OVER NADA guide. I called other times saying bank is ready and all but employees keep saying, he's fixin to call you back which is BS. REDLINERACERS will NOT even drop price of $53, off list $5,153. I said I'm getting my bank to draw up Cashiers Check for $5,100. I called to get them to fax invoice to my Bank. Mason comes back and says, it's going to be $5,153. REALLY!!! I went here about a week and a half ago and have never experienced such great customer service. The professionalism and honesty deserves more than 5 stars. I bought a 2015 Yahama R6 from Shahin here and he was awesome. He went through every inch of the bike with me and even though the bike was inspected by them when they first received the bike, they went through it a second time right before I bought it to double check everything. I've bought plenty of vehicles and bikes and this experience was by far the best, most professional experience I've had. I also did a lot of shopping around checking prices at other dealerships and there's no doubt this place has the best deals hy far. Shahin won't steer you in the wrong direction and I guarantee anyone that goes to DFW Redline Racers will not be disappointed.
