    Hands down best service department in the DFW Metroplex. Chris Is the only technician I will let touch my bikes!!! Friendly staff always willing to go above and beyond. Definitely not the cheapest but nice ain't cheap and cheap ain't nice!!!

    Seamless process! Found what I was looking for online, and did a pre-approval. Went in person and was assisted by Jarod, who was hands on the entire way through. From answering any questions I had about the bike and the culture, to what laws had changed in the 13 years I'd been away from riding. I was even able to set up my motorcycle insurance in house. They have relationships with all motorcycle carriers. I 100% will buy here in the future.

    This is a follow-up review on my bike purchase. I want to first say all the ideas I wrote in the first review I stand behind 100%. This follow-up is more informational for out-of-state purchasers. When I investigated the bike purchase I asked a lot of questions. The most important one was to make sure it had a clean title. And the dealership had an original title document. All was / is good there. There are two areas I did not question more thoroughly. Part of what attracted me to the bike at Plano Kawasaki was the bike had factory side cases - not aftermarket. That was / is important to me. Those are optional items. The one thing I did not ask was whether the hinges worked or if the cases closed completely. After all if they didn't I was going to buy elsewhere. The dealership let me know about the scratches on the one case. But not the damage to the hinge and the cases. In this case the case box material is broken through to the point the case will not close completely. So, the water seal is worthless. I found used case which is not damaged and I purchased that. I contacted the dealership to have them augment some of the cost of the new replacement. I did that on Oct 10th (2020) and to date they have not responded. So, I assume they are not going to help in that regard. I kind of get it except the lack of disclosure. The take away for me is if I do something like this again; I will find someone locally to check out the bike and report what they find. If it cost a couple of hundred dollars it would be well worth the expense. I would encourage you to do the same. I do not think the damaged case was something they were trying to hide - at least I hope so. The sales guy made sure I knew the bike had factory cases. But it still does not feel very good!

    The ridiculous charge for what should've been five or $600

    I bought my 2018 Suzuki V storm 650 here and I had work done here before and I had a bunch of accessories added to my bike here at this place but as of March 16, 2023, I can confidently say that my recent experience with Plano Kawasaki Suzuki Vespa Moto was nothing short of a nightmare. No JOKE. The head service man, Andy Cannon, not only tried to rip me off with double the routine service charges, he also seemed to have a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. This is one creepy dude. During my recent visit, I brought in my 2018 Suzuki DL 1000 V-Strom for a 29000 mile service. As expected, this should have taken anywhere from 4 to 4.5 hours to complete. It's the same service you do it 14,500 However, my bike had 29,000 miles on it and needed the same service as the 14,500 mile check-up. To my surprise, Andy Cannon tried to charge me for 8.5 hours of work instead of the routine 4 to 4.5 hours. Not only was this an outrageous charge, it also showed a lack of honesty and integrity. He sucks at life It was clear that this dealership was more interested in making a quick buck than in providing quality service to its customers. To add insult to injury, Andy's overall attitude was dismissive and dismissive when I raised my concerns with him. This made me feel like my business and satisfaction were of little importance to Plano Kawasaki Suzuki Vespa Moto. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If you're looking for a reputable dealership to service or purchase your motorcycle, I suggest you look elsewhere. The service and customer satisfaction here are terrible, and it's clear that greed is the driving factor behind all of their practices. To summarize, I am sad to share my negative review of Plano Kawasaki Suzuki Vespa Moto. My recent experience with this dealership was nothing but disappointing and frustrating. I had taken my 2018 Suzuki to get routine service, but to my dismay, I was given an estimate of $1,639.47 for a simple 14,500 service. The bike had only completed 29,000 miles, so it required the same service as a 14,500-mile mark, but the service writer, Andy Cannon, tried to charge me double the routine 4 to 4 1/2 hours and wrote me up an invoice for a whopping 8.5-hour job. It was clear to me that Andy Cannon was trying to overcharge me for a simple service job. Despite my objections, he would not budge and insisted that the additional hours were necessary for the service. This was not only frustrating but unethical. I would advise anyone going to this dealership to be wary of Cannon's service quotes and to avoid this dealership altogether. If this is how they treat their customers, then it's better to not deal with them at all. In summary, my experience with Plano Kawasaki Suzuki Vespa Moto was terrible. The service writer, Andy Cannon, tried to charge me double the routine hours for a simple service job. I would advise anyone considering this dealership to be careful and avoid it altogether.

    STAFF is amazing! Major compliments to Jason and AJ (hubby wife team! ) My first born picked out a used Ninja 650, as this was going to be his first buying experience and credit app to help establish his credit. Jason explained everything and was very sincere in his dealings. They got the bike ready and AJ handled insurance and paperwork. It was closing time and they didn't rush us and made sure we/he understood everything he was signing for. Jason then went through all the items on the bike with my son, again shop is closed at this point, but he wasn't rushing us. Took his time and CARED that he/we understood all the basics and then some. As a mom I did ask where the pedals where and if there was bubble wrap for my son Great experience. So happy that we went there!

    My husband and I visit this dealership often and every time we go in we are greeted time we step through the door. We finally decided to purchase a bike for myself and Zack made the process very smooth and easy. He is a thorough and awesome sales person to work with. Jason, Morgan and the guys in the parts department have been helpful when we had to interact with them as well. Overall, I recommend going to this dealer for your bike, ATV, scooter, etc. purchase.
