Well, that escalated quickly . . . It only took a couple of months riding a Suzuki SV 650 before I wanted an upgrade. Thankfully, Cole over at European Cycle Sports found me a BMW F 900 R. I never thought my first BMW would be a two-wheeler instead of four, but I have to say, I am loving it. This motorcycle was surprisingly affordable and packed with luxury features I wanted. I'm talking keyless ignition, an anti-theft system, advanced traction control and anti-lock brakes, a quickshifter that makes shifting a breeze, and even cruise control. (Now, I just need a cup holder. ) I know some motorcyclist are not concerned with these features, but it's the perfect motorcycle for me. I now look forward to every chance I can get to hit the road. If you're looking for an incredible buying journey and exceptional customer service, European Cycle Sports is the place to go! From Cole to "Zig Zag" and the friendly lady in Parts, you'll be welcomed with warmth and enthusiasm. I felt like I was talking to friends! They will guide and educate you through every step of the purchase process and even let you test ride the motorcycle.

I just bought my first bike from European Cycle Sport in Plano, a BMW F750GS. The bike is great but so is the dealership. Cole is an awesome sales guy with a ton of info and a true love for what he does. He himself is a GS rider. The truth is this guy loves a lot of the bikes he sells and it's a genuine love. I love that. Cliff in finance is another cool guy. Very customer service focused. There's a reason these guys top the charts in sales, and it's their customer service and bike selection. Definitely stop by there shop even if you're just starting to think about a new or well maintained used bike. These guys will treat you right. Special shout out to service and parts as well as I have been bringing my bikes here for service long before I purchased a bike from them. Their work is what you would expect from a quality euro bike dealership.

Purchased my first BMW here in 1999. My experience yesterday was amazing. Fair pricing, no add on tactics. They did a complete annual service plus two new tires on a used bike for me and didn't try to add that to the price. Zero complaints on this purchase and transaction. Great guys just selling motorcycles to motorcyclists!!

European Cycle Sports was the furthest BMW dealer from my home in Keller. They were also, by far, the best to do business with. Ryan worked with me on my terms, shot straight with me, and got me setup with a beautiful BMW R nine T. He also showed my wife respect (where many other shops largely ignored her). Everyone had great attitudes and made us feel valued. I will eagerly continue to do business here and encourage anyone reading this to do the same. You'll be glad you did! Also - this shop has about 73 reviews on Facebook, so you may want to check their FB page if you aren't already familiar with them. I wasn't and the lack of Yelp reviews had me a bit wary at first.

Been looking online for protective boots & pants, but so much is in EU sizes & mixed reviews (size up/down, etc), so I didn'tknow where to start, plus if I try it all on, no return process needed. While in Dallas today I stopped in. I browsed solo for a few minutes & a GREAT lady approached me asking if I needed help. Told her what I was looking for. She gave recommendations (popular sellers, styles for upcoming TX heat, etc) & helped me find a close size to get me started trying on. I had to find a short size (since I'm short, so less options for me), but they fit GREAT. Since my boots happened to be on sale, I splurged for some gloves too since one's I purchased online weren't a great fit. (pros of shopping in store). I did not get her name, but she was a nice slightly elderly lady (no disrespect just older than me). If she helps all customers like this, you will definitely be glad you stopped in. Prices are not "cheap", but they are brands I have heard of & been recommended before, so in my opinion you know what your getting, not hoping for the best from just any online store.

With safety and quality in mind, the experts here have much knowledge and care to find what you need. As one of the very few dealers in the country selling brands such as RS Taichi, their support for racing gear is absolutely phenomenal. My friends and I just miss their participation in the National Motorcycle Shows that use to frequent the country and especially in Southern California. Online and telephone support is much appreciated.

This only applies to the service department. I called them on Thursday to see if the "first come…read morefirst served" deal was still on starting at 9am and a friendly female assured me that it was. I showed up at 8am with wifey's Buddy 125 with a flat for repair. Cameron came out and first asked me if I could pick it up Tuesday or Wednesday since they didn't have a tech to mount the new tire. I explained that I already called and she needed the bike that night for our monthly club ride. Cameron then explained he should have it done by 2pm and it would cost $95 (i supplied the new tire). 2 hours later Cameron called and said now the price would be $165 because they had to remove an exhaust part. I said yes because we needed the bike back for our planned ride. Mind you, Moxie Scooters in Grapevine said they could do the exact same job for $60 dollars but it was too far away to get the bike there on such short notice. I called later to speak with management and they agreed to honor the $95 price but no real plausible explanation for the sudden price increase. She said they had techs with circumstances that kept them away from work at times and I guess customers just have to bear with them. Anyway, when we picked up the bike Cameron said the work did not take as long as he thought so HE bumped the price back down to $95.... the whole thing sounded very shady. I bought BOTH our bikes there but just can't trust them anymore. Moxie Scooters in Grapvine has given us awesome service and that is where both our scooters will go from now on. The Saturday claim of "first come first served" is highly questionable... not the first time we had this sort of issue. After wanting to charge me almost 3 times what Moxie would charge me simply to mount a tire, no more. Can't take our bikes for maintenance to a place we simply don't trust. Respone to GM: 1. I doubt your tecs are almost 3 times better trained or have almost 3 times the expertise than John and his crew at Moxie based on Cameron's attempt to bilk me for $165 to mount a Buddy tire when Moxie qouted me $60 for the exact same job. 2. If you are going to promote "first come first served" on Saturday well you better have the tecs there that can do the work. Customers really don't care about the excuses just like you would not care if a vender or customer skipped payment and then just gave you excuses. Those whose bikes are their only form of transport may really be counting on that Saturday to get to work Monday morning. 3. Had it not been for your intervention I have zero doubt Cameron would have stuck my wife with a $165 bill for changing a tire.... we were stuck and at his mercy. 4. At our group ride two different newbies asked where we do service.....I completely filled them in. This debacle was a topic of discussion with a number of riders. Scooters are probably small potatoes for you guys but word does get around. It's nothing personal... you're sweet and all there are always nice. But we've spent thousands in your store on bikes and service.... you better take good care of those folks because when the leave they won't be back and they will relay their bad experiences to all who will listen.

I always wanted Yamaha Warrior and found one at Dream Machines, so I decided to reach out to them through eBay Motors. Within an hour, Dusty followed up with me and provided me all the answers to my questions and concerns along with forwarding a video of the beautiful Warrior that they had. I inquired about a good beginner bike and he immediately asked me: "How tall is your wife?" - NO ONE had ever bothered to ask that, but as soon as Dusty did, we knew he was a true professional and we wanted to do business with him and his dealership. We ended up getting TWO bikes that day, by phone and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. The next day, the Lisa from their finance department contacted us and went over the finance & insurance options and she too, made it quick, easy and hassle-free. She sent us the documents overnight and we got our bikes delivered right to our driveway that same weekend. From working with Dusty on a Monday to getting the numbers with Lisa on Wednesday, with the help of their awesome management team, our two bikes were sitting on our driveway early Sunday night. Yes, Sunday night. If you're looking for a fair deal with superior first-class service, look no further than Dream Machines of Texas - be sure to ask for Dusty and Lisa. They're the best of the best. No bs, just straight up gave me the out the door price (others might try to get you to go to the shop to talk "numbers") but not this place. Very professional, I put in my deposit to hold the bike and the rest were smooth. What's nice about this place is they even have a 3rd party shipper (for extra fee of course) and get this delivered to my door. Thank you Cadillac and everyone else involved in making this happen.
