But there was no compensation, there was speaking to a manager to see if there was anything else that could be done, or anyone else in town that could help me, basically move your bike cuz it's in the way. So ultimately just sorry you had to drive 40 minutes but we're not going to service your bike, unless you want to leave it with us until the coronavirus is over, which was an ignorant suggestion.

We went in to buy a new Indian. We had everything worked out, no negotiation necessary. It took 2…read morevisits, multiple emails and hours in the dealership to get the paperwork correct. Every time they brought paperwork over for signatures the numbers were different. This was some shady stuff. The price was wrong, we were double taxed, etc. Then when we were done the person working with us just walked away. Never telling us we were done. We sat there for a while until I finally went and asked and he said we were good. It was weird. The first finance person we were working with was so shady and rude and painfully slow. Sometimes disappearing for 30 mins. I signed paperwork stating there was no charge for the battery program, wheel/tire and security. I even asked him about it and he confirmed to my face they were included. Then miraculously that paper was missing and there were charges for them. He also said the "lo jack", which isn't actually lo jack, will save us 10% on insurance. I work for an insurance company, there's no savings. When we took delivery of the bike my husband drove off with it and the TPMS went off. When he got home the tires were at 20 psi. As he started looking at the bike and reviewing how to work on it he realized the battery cables were loose, the spark plugs were only hand tightened and a couple bolts were stripped. The battery was also dead from sitting in the showroom so we were told they were putting in a new battery. Turns out they just jumped the existing battery. Some of these items are dangerous and it's so scary that they would release the bike like that. I emailed Jena about these items just as an FYI so someone in the future doesn't get hurt but I didn't get a response. We also realized we didn't have the manual, keys, toolkit and the master PIN. That necessitated yet another visit to the dealership. It was clear no bike delivery checklist was done. I later found out from DPS when I tried to get my plates the dealer never registered the bike so according to the state the dealer still owned the bike. This took multiple emails and weeks to resolve. Everything just seemed so disorganized and everybody had different information. Every time we saw paperwork it was different and pages were always missing or wrong. In all honestly it seemed like this was a new dealer making their first sale. The whole experience was just strange. The manager acted like the cared but ultimately didn't really do anything to alleviate the situation.

Also for the men's tee the back design was 80% all the same on the tees, unlike the women's which did have more of a variety. Kids section and accessories was very small as well. Staff was super friendly with that southern hospitality. Also if you checkin on Yelp you can get a free tee with the purchase of two Harley's tees. Grab that deal before it's gone, totally worth it!

After trying to calmly talk to the salesman about the situation and asking to speak with a manager, the salesman became extremely unprofessional, started cussing at us, and told us to leave the store. After telling them I just wanted to see and test drive one to see if I even liked it they came up with the paperwork of the used one that I originally tried to see in first place. Again I told them how I'm I suppose to try and sign or talk about numbers if I have not even seen the vehicle, Not to add that they were already adding all this warranty and packages I was not interested on. I told them I was looking to purchase a cash vehicle because I was not going to pay 7% interest rate. They basically refused to have me test drive one and mentioned that "THEY DO NOT DO TEST DRIVES ON MOTOR SPORT VEHICLES " so they are just expecting for you to show up, finance with them and purchase a vehicle without even looking at it or driving it. This guys have ZERO costumer service. I have bought and test driven motorcycles from Ducati Dallas and multiple Harley Dealerships and never been through this situation before. Not to mention they made me spend 1 hour of my day inside there.

Cameron then explained he should have it done by 2pm and it would cost $95 (i supplied the new tire). 2 hours later Cameron called and said now the price would be $165 because they had to remove an exhaust part. I said yes because we needed the bike back for our planned ride. Mind you, Moxie Scooters in Grapevine said they could do the exact same job for $60 dollars but it was too far away to get the bike there on such short notice. I called later to speak with management and they agreed to honor the $95 price but no real plausible explanation for the sudden price increase. She said they had techs with circumstances that kept them away from work at times and I guess customers just have to bear with them. Anyway, when we picked up the bike Cameron said the work did not take as long as he thought so HE bumped the price back down to $95.... the whole thing sounded very shady. I bought BOTH our bikes there but just can't trust them anymore. Moxie Scooters in Grapvine has given us awesome service and that is where both our scooters will go from now on. The Saturday claim of "first come first served" is highly questionable... not the first time we had this sort of issue. After wanting to charge me almost 3 times what Moxie would charge me simply to mount a tire, no more. Can't take our bikes for maintenance to a place we simply don't trust. Respone to GM: 1. I doubt your tecs are almost 3 times better trained or have almost 3 times the expertise than John and his crew at Moxie based on Cameron's attempt to bilk me for $165 to mount a Buddy tire when Moxie qouted me $60 for the exact same job. 2. If you are going to promote "first come first served" on Saturday well you better have the tecs there that can do the work. Customers really don't care about the excuses just like you would not care if a vender or customer skipped payment and then just gave you excuses. Those whose bikes are their only form of transport may really be counting on that Saturday to get to work Monday morning. 3. No bs, just straight up gave me the out the door price (others might try to get you to go to the shop to talk "numbers") but not this place.
