They are always on time (actually, they arrive a few minutes early every time), help get my luggage in and out of the car, and provide a smooth ride. All the drivers are professional and respectful. Do not use this carrier at all costs. We had a two teams compete in Dallas in February and we had originally contracted them for all our transportation. Unfortunately our flights were all cancelled within 48 hours of our travel day and we never made it to the airport for pickup. The owner of the company had no regard for this issue that was clearly no fault to us but forced us to pay the full premium. We notified him and offered proof that our flights were cancelled and he did not care. We tried rescheduling it for a credit and he still refused to help us out. What makes this worse is that the program we come from services the inner city, underprivileged youth in the heart of east Los Angeles where unnecessary expenses are avoided at all costs. Please, whatever you do. Do not do business with this company. Any other transportation business is better at this point. read more

Premier did a fantastic job shuttling guests at our wedding. We ended up getting the 31-person mini bus and the 56-person motorcoach to shuttle guests and a sedan as our getaway car at the end of the night. There was one hiccup where we had requested the motorcoach to make 2 rounds before our wedding ceremony and the driver didn't realize but that was cleared up without any problems. They were very reasonably priced compared to other options and were very responsive when I reached out. read more

We communicated mainly through email, and she was able to answer all my questions and specific requests before the deposit. I'm so glad they were very patient with me, because I was planning a business event with about 50 people and I had specific details that I needed to address. They are very detailed when it comes reserving and booking, Laurie, was so helpful. After booking and the initial deposit; getting closer to the date event, Premier Transportation would send me multiple emails of confirmations and reminders about the event. So they were really committed with their services. On the day of, I received a reminder call from the driver himself- Jaques. The bus arrived and it was beautiful. Perfect for our theme event. The bus seems like new and modern, really nice inside. Everyone and I was extremely impressed! Its a bus but with a conservative party-bus feel to it haha. I booked the all black coach bus, which I requested for black leather seats. There were blue lights inside, the seats were comfy and didn't stink at all lol Jaques the driver was phenomenal! He's a very skilled driver, so accommodating and patient with us. We're lucky to have him as our driver. They shared me his phone number so, communicating was very easy. He responds quickly through texts and phone call throughout the night. Overall, the experience and quality of service and product was beyond our expectation. We had the best driver for Premier Transportation on New Years Eve 2022 going into 2023. Robert H. was so accommodating for the shuttle service at The Potters House in Dallas Tx. It was so over crowded and hot temperatures with chairs down all the aisles. Very uncomfortable for the event. We decided to leave before the people were released since the program was running behind an hour not as promised. Many other older couples left and were transported too. Thank God for the shuttle service to the overflow parking lot over 30 minute walk across the street. Robert H was right there when we needed him. I am beyond dissatisfied with Premier Transportation. I booked a 10 passenger limousine on 10/1 for my birthday on 10/23. Prior to booking the limo, I asked if I could add additional time to my 4-hour minimum, and I was told that I could not, because someone else had already booked the limo immediately after my time. The limo was supposed to arrive at noon to pick up myself and five of my friends. They called 40 minutes prior to my pickup time to tell me that the limo that was scheduled to pick me up was "broken," and they were trying to get a mechanic to fix it, but they were going to send a different limo that would arrive 45 minutes to an hour later. Then, I got another call at 11:30am stating the 2nd limo would no longer be coming, because the people that were currently in the limo added another stop. UNACCEPTABLE! When I expressed my frustration about being told that I couldn't add time to my ride, yet they are allowing an unscheduled stop which has completely inconvenienced me and my friends and negating the ride that I had scheduled, he gave an absurd and insincere apology, and said that they only had two limos to accommodate my group...one is not working and the other one was in use by another party (which they allowed an unscheduled stop and disregarded my scheduled time). This was beyond unprofessional! He offered a refund and a voucher...A VOUCHER?!?! I will never use this service again, and I would recommend anyone else considering this company to find another company to meet your needs. The level of disappointment that I had with this company made this the absolute worst birthday that I have ever had. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

Watch this company. I contacted Premier Medical Transportation as I was having surgery. Unknown to me, they give their odd jobs to this company. They charged me 3 times the normal fare saying they couldn't wake me when then got to my house. No medical knowledge. That's why I called the medical transport. Premier Transportation is an outstanding company. I've rented executive coaches and mini buses, and I've taken their sedans to and from the airport; every experience has been outstanding. They are terrific with communication, letting you know the driver's name and cell number and, in the case of airport pickup, even the type of vehicle and license plate number. They are right on top of flight times and gates. I was picked up at DFW last night, and my car was first in line at the prearranged limo spot, my name displayed on an ipad on the hood and the driver, Mack, ready to take my bag and open the door for me. When you get in the car, there's a cold bottle of water waiting for you, and a packet of wet wipes to freshen up. The vehicles are beauiful and immaculate, and the service - from the phone operators to the drivers - is everything you could ask for. I've used other transportation companies in the Metroplex over the years, and no one compares to Premier. read more

Premier Transportation is the best transportation company I have ever worked with. We used this company for our wedding to transport the party to chapel from the hotel and back. The communication was great- there were text updates sent to us when each driver was en route. The drivers were professional and took direct routes on each trip. Leaving the chapel there was severe weather in the area. The drivers were willing to wait past our scheduled departure time so that we could drive in safer weather. They also escorted each bridesmaid from the chapel to the limo under their umbrella (we forgot to bring our own). This made our experience with the bad weather a minor blip in the day instead of a huge setback. read more
