Don't be fooled this place is almost like a scam. My car had a major accident, and I had it repaired here, but I was seriously deceived. They claimed to have replaced parts, but most were not actually replaced, and the repair work was a complete mess. I was suspicious and had the car inspected by another shop, and the results were shocking. Water had leaked inside the car causing rust, the paint job was terrible, and the safety bars, which are legally required to be welded, were loose and only held by screws. If another accident had occurred, it could have been life-threatening. Moreover, this was a nearly new car with under 40,000 miles, yet it was treated so poorly that it was impossible not to suspect foul play. I reported this, and SK admitted their mistake and paid, but the repair shop connected to the insurance company allowed something like this to happen, and they don't seem to have proper equipment. There are a lot of scammers out there, but especially regarding critical safety issues, this body shop is extremely unprofessional. Don't be fooled. read more

They are very skillful and specialized in very delicate jobs. I talked with Mike from the shop. The service and the crew's attitude are also great. My car is Genesis GV70 2022 and the lift gate was misaligned from the factory. Numerous Genesis service centers and Genesis certified body shops gave up and told me there is no solution, but SK Auto body fixed the misaligned lift gate in 10 minutes. I know the alignment adjustment for lift gates and panels are not easy and simple. The result is perfect. The Genesis should learn from SK Auto Body. I am sure this is one of the most skillful body repair shops especially for luxury cars. read more

My car was not repaired back to new and now I need a new motor and transmission but they are saying it's not accident related. Now I am having my lawyer deal directly with the insurance company. Due to some asshole that hit and ran my car about 2 weeks ago, I was on the search for an auto body shop that could give me the best deal/estimate. Out of all the auto body's I visited I received the cheapest estimate from here. To be honest I was quite iffy on bringing my car in here because of the reviews on yelp, but I really feel like this place doesn't deserve the low rating it currently has. I really was hesitant on bringing my car here after I read a few reviews about how they're dishonest people but my mom insisted I at least bring my car in for an estimate from them. Those of you guys complaining about being charged an overnight fee and then proclaiming them to be dishonest people baffles me. You should never leave your car on private property overnight without permission. I know you're mad bro but really, think about it. This is my family's auto body shop of choice from here on out. They've fixed my mom's car in the past and made it look brand new. Not just that but they really try and get your vehicle fixed as soon as they can. Sadly I don't have rental cars covered under my policy (lesson learned) so I had to rent a car from enterprise and let me tell you: that shit adds up! This is a korean auto body shop but the guy who works here (I think he's the manager) speaks fluent English and was extremely helpful and respected the fact that I really needed to get my car fixed ASAP. Deceptive business practice. Don't bother getting a quote. They tell you it is free quote estimate but charge you $180 if you let them do a "free" estimate. Go to Jung's Auto body nearby in Walnut. They have 5 star review and are honest people. The car was badly damaged and they said they need the car overnight to give a free estimate. Then when I said I'll get a price comparison with other nearby shop the next day the manager said it will cost 180$ for "storage fee". I already knew this manager was shady because the first thing he ask was, "How much are you willing to pay?". I said, "I don't go to a store to have a sales ask how much I want to pay... so why don't you tell me what is the estimate?". I filed a Chargeback on the "manager" with credit card plus he will get hit with -35 penalty. American Express took the case and took the money out of their account then sided in my favor. If you must use this company I recommend you use your Credit Card. DO NOT give them Check, Money, or money order for their service. Best to go directly to Jung's Auto Body in Walnut. They might charge a little more, but they do honest work. They do not take short cuts. Quality first. If you want something poorly handled, bad lip service, and being ripped off, walk in and talk to their self proclaimed manager. read more

Got my car back from the shop. It took about 4 working days to fix, which I guess isn't super fast or super slow to fix a bumper. Turns out I just needed to replace the bumper cover and some of the collision material inside the bumper. Great job on fixing it. Car went in dirty and came out clean. They vacuumed the inside and even cleaned my side mirrors. Cool. The guy who handled my case, James Chon, was very helpful and he did all the dealings with insurance company. As such, I didn't have to do a thing regarding insurance companies for the duration of the entire accident recovery process other than the initial call to report the accident in the first place. End result? I paid nothing but my time and some gas to get my car cleaned and to get my bumper replaced. The accident was definitely not worth the hassle, but the scenario turned out for the best. 4 stars instead of 5 because the "Accord" sign on the back bumper is a little loose and isn't glued all the way, which bugs me. Unless they mess up sometime in the future, I think I've found my go-to auto body shop. read more
