EXPENSIVE & DISAPPOINTING I'm not local and wanted to order a nice bouquet for a friend after surgery. They asked me how much I wanted to spend and they charged me $134 for this tiny bouquet!!! They also would not send me a photo after putting it together, claiming they were not allowed to take photos of their bouquets. ??? It is pretty common practice for florists to send you photos before delivery. My friend sent this to me when she received it. No wonder they wouldn't send me a photo. Not a very friendly interaction. I was Quoted $75 for 30 tulips with additional greens and small flower decor. When I arrived, there was no friendly greeting. Instead, the blonde lady in the back only said "still working on it" (and not in a kind voice). She sounded annoyed. Maybe she was having a bad day. She came out with the bouquet and there were only 26 tulips (some of which were limp and of small stature). Since she quoted me $20 per 10 tulips (three different colors) and $15 for the additional greens, I asked where the 30 tulips were and she said "I said 25 over the phone". This is not true... she quoted me $75 ($20 for 10 flowers times three different colors of 10) this adds to $60 for the flowers and $15 for the additional greens. After she rang me up, it was closer to $85. I also want to mention the amount of green she added were so gi sparse. $15 for a few sprigs of leaves and some baby breath Style flowers was not worth it. It was very quiet and awkward... he just was not a nice person. I didn't make a fuss, I just paid for it. I certainly won't be returning to this florist. I went straight to Costco and got three large bunches of tulips (about 40 robust, healthy flowers) and a huge bunch of greens for $42 and gave that to my wife instead. The Costco greens had four or five different dense leafy options, so my Costco flower display is more than twice the size. Ultimately, I was quoted a lower price, I received less flowers and a week set of greens. Ultimately, this lady just was not very friendly either, which made it weird. Costco's great.... They have everything... even tulips! Owning a business is not easy. I know the current economy is in a tizzy, but good Customer Service should be the bare minimum. Even when a customer seems frustrated, I believe having a friendly explanation can completely appease the situation. If this lady was having a bad day, I apologize. When I arrived the door was locked and sign said open, but a quick call and the owner let me know that they were short staffed that day and the driver had a delivery and would return shortly... totally normal and fair when dealing with a small business! They have a beautiful selection of plants, flowers and gifs. I was there for graduation leis and they had lovely orchids available and the have lasted more than a week in the fridge with mild misting) even after spending their day in the sun). Today, I visited a flower shop and had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. what I received was significantly smaller and nowhere near what was described. The bouquet was ridiculously overpriced for the size and quality. It honestly felt like a scam. When I pointed out the issue and refused to accept such a small arrangement for the amount I was being charged, they outright refused to issue a refund. Instead of trying to make things right, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. It's clear this shop is more interested in taking people's money than delivering on what they promise. Their prices are insanely high for what you get, and there's zero accountability. I called and asked if they could make a wedding bouquet and said yes so I came by with almost 2 months in advance. I talked to them about my inspiration and gave me a total. Paid upfront and told them I would pick up my bouquet a day before my wedding since the day of can be a little stressful for some brides. They told me to call a few days before to make sure they have it ready by then. I called three days before the wedding and they told me they would double check first before confirming just to make sure they would have the carnations I wanted. Made me a little nervous but had faith in them. They asked me to send the inspiration picture by text to one of the florists which made me confused about my original visit to the flower shop. The florist confirmed with me end of day that they would have the flowers in from the vendor by then so that made me feel relieved. I got married on a Saturday so I was able to pick up my bouquet on Friday afternoon. The florist told me it was beautiful and that they had given me a deal since the bouquet was more than what they charged me which confused me because she was the one who had charged me for the bouquet the first day I walked in. Regardless of all of that they were able to execute my inspiration and were friendly and helpful! I appreciate the amazing work they did for my wedding bouquet. The flowers were fresh and beautiful! She told me to put it in a few inches of water in a vase and it would hold up well until my wedding. I left my bouquet out after my wedding day and it was still looking great three days later. If you are a bride looking for a beautiful bouquet for your wedding, I really recommend Enchanted Florists & Gifts. They did an amazing job. Enchanted Florist -- 4.5 stars it's not. However, it seems that a real, bonafide florist -- well, they are dying out, shriveling up. Too easy to just order online and have delivered. But in my experience, you get ripped off online. In the early afternoon, it's slim pickens. I didn't like any of the roses, so I had a custom arrangement made of gerber daisies along with some sunflowers. It came out lovely, but a little pricey for what it was. No matter, I needed it. Placed an order in advanced by phone and paid. Was told it would be ready Saturday at noon for pickup. When I arrived there were a lot of people standing and waiting. After waiting for ten minutes to be helped they did not have my order ready (corsage) and on top of that they couldn't even find the written receipt from when I placed my order. Unhappy experience for boutonnière purchase. I understand to order a custom flower color you have to make a note in the custom field. Once they found my order and I discovered it was made with a white rose. I also understand they did not have the color I wanted since I made the order mistake. However, when visiting the local Safeway their creation used a much bigger flower and was considerably cheaper. I'm sad since I wanted to support this local business. read more

We ordered an upgraded version of this bouquet. The photo shows what we ordered and what was actually delivered. There were 0 roses. None. Not a single one. When we reached out to the florist to complain, first she called and was extremely rude and unprofessional and she followed it up by sending an email with the photo on the top left blaming the recipient of the flowers. Her photo vs the recipients shows the same messy product. NOTHING like what we ordered. There are no roses. No attempt to include any other flowers for a substitute. The flowers look hastily thrown together and they substituted roses with greenery. That is not a reasonable substitute. If they didn't have a reasonable substitute they should have canceled the order. Extra greenery is NOT a reasonable substitute for flowers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST. Messy bouquet, missing flowers, awful customer service. Find another florist. Run. Also, florist refused a partial refund unless we had the recipients drive the flowers back.
