Whenever I come to pay for my car wash, the same expressionless workers take my money and give me a little wipe. I miss the guy who actually would hose down my car. There was a new guy and he sprayed it line it was misting, and not actually doing any work with it. The best part of this car wash is when I can efficiently vacuum my car and spot clean it myself. I like being able to take my time in the vacuuming area. The workers here don't do a good job of keeping people out... the vacuum is for patrons only, but some people cut the cones to come I to utilize their machines. I wish we had more car washes in Ontario, or else I wouldn't be going here!

I went for the happy hour all day Tuesday car wash and Amer was super friendly and helpful and even threw in a car scent when there wasn't one included in the package. My favorite part was the little buzzer they give you now, like a restaurant when you're waiting for an order, so I was able to go home while I waited (up to 4 miles away he said), instead of waiting in the 105 degree heat. I can't say for certain whether it was caused by the machinery or debris on the ground, but the timing was hard to ignore. It resulted in a tow and a replacement tire on a busy day. The staff didn't take responsibility, and it didn't feel worth the effort of pursuing further, but it's something to be aware of. On a separate visit, I experienced an unusual issue where what looked like small static discharges were forming along my sunroof during the wash (I have video of this). When I brought it up, the response from the front desk was minimal, they said they would "look at it," but didn't ask for details, review the video, or document the issue. There was no real follow-up or concern shown. I also had an issue with their membership tag not working. Instead of resolving it properly, I was given a loose tag from a sticker sheet to show at the gate. Since then, I've been questioned multiple times by staff asking where I got it and how I obtained it, as if it wasn't legitimately issued to me. This could have been avoided if the original issue was handled correctly. Overall, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. I haven't had a single interaction that felt helpful or even neutral, at times it comes across as dismissive. They also removed the kit that used to be included with the wax/polish tier, which reduces the value, especially considering the membership is around $50/month. I usually prefer resolving concerns directly with a business, but based on my experiences, I didn't feel that would be productive here. I've since canceled my membership and switched to another tunnel wash nearby, where the service, value, and overall experience have been significantly better. That kind of customer service matters and it definitely saved the experience from being a total letdown. That said, the vibe was... strange. I pulled up and genuinely thought the place was closed. It was completely empty, no cars, no staff visible, nothing. It felt like a zombie zone. I sat there confused for a minute until someone randomly appeared and waved me in. Even when I went to pay afterward, there was nobody around again, which added to the whole uneasy, deserted feeling. What was extra surprising is that it was a Tuesday special, so I expected at least some traffic. Seeing it that dead was honestly concerning, especially given how highly rated this place is on Yelp. As for the wash itself, I paid about $50 for a wash with wax and I don't think I'd do that again. I actually watched them wash the car and didn't see anything particularly special that justified the price. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't impressive. There was food and drinks spilled everywhere it was sticky stinky and gross. The lease company asked for some estimates declining all of the $200-500 detailing services. I came upon this place which did a nice basic job of cleaning the interior and exterior for only $50. Big win! If your car is gross and dirty and you don't want to break your back cleaning it come right over. The services were well worth the $50
