I booked an appointment for my minivan to be washed for 11am. No one was there by 11:10 so I called. He said he would be here in 10-20 minutes. He ended up getting here at 11:30. I had another appointment and had to leave by 12:15 but he said it would only take 45 minutes. It was 12:20 and he was finishing up. He was very nice but the quality of cleaning was sub par. He left a lot of spots on my windows. Did a poor job wiping down the inside. And even missed some obvious trash on the floor. Even though he is mobile and came to my home I do not think the cost was worth it. Unfortunately I don't think I'll use them again which is sad because they are in Rancho and I was looking for a new mobile wash. read more
