Let's start off with this is something that I have never done. I have never had a mobile car wash/detail. I am not familiar with the area at all. I was driving in and tomorrow I have to drop the car off for the freighter. So it had to be clean, borderline brand new clean. Overall, I am very happy with the outcome. The guys who worked on our cars showed up on time and did a great job. The reason for only 4 stars is due to the miscommunication with the person who does the scheduling. I'm currently in an apartment and was only asked ahead of time about access to a water source. The guys showed up and had to reschedule because they didn't have access to a power supply and didn't have the truck with a generator. I was told initially that they could only do one car because it would be too late to detail the second vehicle. Next thing I know, my wife says both cars are scheduled to be done a couple days later at the original time. The guys show up for the appointment and say that they can only to a basic wash for both and not a detail because of time constraints. read more

Their full auto detail is comparable to a good car wash from your local place. What a true detail should be is the attention to detail. As in cleaning all the nooks and crannies of your vehicle. After they had my two vehicles for 5 hrs i had many, many spots to point out that they missed. So much so that they spent another 2 hrs cleaning the vehicles after they had already "finished." Additionally, the chemicals they used on my leather left it greasy and slippery (see pictures). They even applied it to my steering wheels which is a big no-no as it interferes with safe driving by making the steering wheel slippery. I've detailed my own vehicles before, and I mean really detailed. Bought my own dual-action polisher and various specialty products for specific purposes (plastic restorer, leather cleaner and a separate leather conditioner, non-greasy interior cleaner, etc) and the only reason I had this company do my cars was because I needed to sell a vehicle and had not time to do it myself. They couldn't even finish the job and asked that I take my vehicle the next day to their shop. this defies the purpose of "mobile detailing" read more

I have been doing quite a few round trips to San Jose and back in the last month and my truck needed some love. For me, the real test was to see how much detail they would put into the detailing. They did a great job getting all the bug guts off the front end of my truck. I couldn't find one bit of gunk and that alone is worth it to me. The truck looks like new again. Just used their service today to clean up my Honda CR-V. It took them approximately 3 hours. Two people showed up. And they did a good job. They did the interior first since they told me the seats are hard to dry, then the exterior. I will post a picture later for my car. Called Claudia early morning around 8:30am. She answered right away and set me up with an appointment that day at my work. The crew was right on time. She kept me updated as to when they would be there and when they were on the way. The crew did a fantastic job. My car was filthy and after they were done it looked brand new. They used some really good wax/polish and tire/rim cleaner. They were pretty quick as well since they have a couple guys working on your car. Wow! DGO IS AWESOME! My 2005 Prius looks AMAZING, practically new. I had several scratches that I had assumed were deep into the paint, and somehow they were able to make them disappear. The interior literally looks new other than the floor mats, which have some obvious wear after so many years of use that cleaning can't remove. I am super happy, and I would recommend these guys. I had called initially because the place had some good reviews so I called the company and had a very friendly welcome and friendliness. I had asked to just do a interior detail on my 2013 Honda Pilot as I there has been a lot of foot traffic on the seats with my kids. Well to make a long story short they went above and beyond by even washing the exterior of the car making it look new again and all the interior of the car looked like it was brand new also. I will be completely fair with this review: if you are just someone who wants this company to come to your home or office to work on your car, they do a wonderful job and their guys work extra hard to make your vehicle the way you want it. If your a business looking to use this company to keep your vehicles looking good please read on: their techs works very hard on my vehicles that were a total wreck. I agreed on a price and they got all my vehicles done properly. However......I explained to their office that we are "net 30" and this was agreed upon. When the job was done I was informed that the guys would not leave until they were paid. I work for a nationwide company so any fear they had of them not getting paid was not an issue. She demanded that I drop everything I was doing and write out a check for them immediately. I even offered to have payment ready the next morning since I was very busy at that moment. They refused so I stopped what I was doing to write them out a check and informed the techs that their office personnel had no respect for my time at all and I was very upset. No one tried to call me to explain the situation or to apologize. I have even reached out and sent an e mail asking if we could work this out for our mutual benefit and I was ignored. If you want to use this company in a commercial setting I would recommend you look for a company that has better business practices. I am updating because the owner was not able to get back to me due to something personal that I can understand. He is going to make this right. And I respect a business owner who can make thing right again. read more
