When we finally arrived in Texas Susan had lined up some of top choices to view. She took it in stride when we added things last minute and ended up going back to the other side of town. They said that certain items would be taken care of and several items that would be removed. We ended up having to remove two dozen old tires and pay for the recycling. There was an old roll off dumpster in the pasture area that we worked a deal with another company that deals with roll off dumpsters. If you are trying to purchase VA or FHA, and they tell you that they would prefer going conventional without an inspection, walk away! I needed to repair electrical issues and clean up issues.
