I cannot praise this company enough! My husband and I have been working with them since February of this year - when our first home was being built. Heather is amazing! I have called her multiple times and not once has she made me feel like I was a nuisance and always (always) answered all my questions! Unfortunately, the home we were having built wasn't satisfactory (major structural issues) and when we had to make a choice on what to do next, within hours, Jimmy made sure we were taken care of (at the time Ms. Heather was out of the office). I wouldn't hesitate to work with this company again (if I ever had to), but most importantly I would recommend anyone to them! Well... All I will say is: SWBC Mortgage will look out for you! I am a U.S.Army Veteran- and after my contract ended/discharge- 10 years later, here I am, interested in purchasing a home. I will HONESTLY say- SWBC has made this experience EXTREMELY PLEASANT!.. The entire staff works together- so I feel confident that I'm in good hands. Two years ago I needed a co signer to spend cash. My wife and I had been renting for years. After the last 5 years of renting our house in Belton, I decided to try and finally buy our first home. We both had great jobs and income, however many years of bad choices and bad credit I wasn't expecting to find anyone to help us.
