Horrible!! I hate using them! Got my emails and texts it was on its way. I leave work early to be there for it! I sit with my door open and by the window waiting only to get a text saying they attempted to deliver it and NO ONE attempted anything! So then, I had to reschedule it for the next day and when I call the center. NO ONE answers and I now have to waste my gas and time again to go pick up my package! Poor experience and if it's avoidable I will NEVER use DHL! Ever. read more

This is the second time i used them as my courier! My first package with them i had to go all the way to their warehouse and pick it up! My husband was so mad coz we paid shipping door to door! And it never happend!!!!! This time around i was supposed to receive it last week but then it never arrive and just after sunday they change the delivery status date to Monday which is AGAIN NEVER HAPPEND!!! Now the monday delivery status is still there and its already Wednesday! I didnt even receive any call as to what happened to my package or anything! NO NOTHING FROM THIS RIDICULOUS PEOPLE!!!!!! I am trying to call them right now while typing this and thank Goodness their phone rang for the 7th times and nobody ever answer it!!!! WHAT A VERY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!!! My item was scheduled for my home address 7/28/20, 2 days BEFORE my wife's birthday. Imagine the embarrassment when my wife opened an envelope which I had actually forgotten about from another vendor (a Dom from Animal Crossing pin, super cute) when I realized the item hadn't actually arrived yet. I checked and there was no phone call, no email from DHL. Just a note that the item was In Transit on the evening of the 30th, my wife's actual birthday. Then she saw there's an error in our address, and I checked, address was fine. I call DHL and after 35 minutes on hold for my 'very important call' and psyching me up for my 'International Specialist' I finally spoke to 'Henry' who was admittedly quick to resolve the problem, which is where a 4-star, or 3-star would be acceptable. Henry was able to locate our package at the local center, the one I'm reviewing, and let them know within 2 hours we'd be in to pick up the package, a super pretty ring, gift wrapped, which would've been a lot better if you know, it arrived on time. Anyway, we arrive to the place within the two hours, I request my package with just the number, and then the lady came back with my package. Great, leaning towards 4 stars, but then I realized Henry advises to bring a photo ID. I of course always bring a photo ID because I'm no idiot, and anyone who goes anywhere without theirs is a psychopath. Before I get out the car, my wife says, "You got your ID?" "Of course," I exclaimed through my mask, COVID, mind you this year. So anyway, I just thought it was strange that I was able to pick up the package, a ring shipped from Spain, without showing ID. "You're good to go!" the DHL employee hollered between the mask and plexiglass barrier. "Don't you need ID?" "Oh, uh yeah if you got it I'll take a quick look." I present the ID, not my proudest photo of my life, but positive identification nonetheless. "Yaknow," I say a bit aggravated, "this package was supposed to arrive to my house, the same address, 2 days before my wife's birthday. Tracking showed my package to be delivered to business by end of day. At 5pm still no delivery. I wait in the parking lot to the business, near the entrance door. The only way to the business entrance door is the parking lot. As I wait in the parking lot, I get a text message, "We tried to deliver DHL Express today but premises were closed. You'll need to reschedule..." The was never a DHL vehicle on the street near my business, an attempt could not have been made. I send feedback and was basically told I need to ensure I monitor the tracking system. DHL does not only lack integrity, they don't care to listen to your concerns either. Obviously the delivery person did not come by. Why solicit feedback if you don't care for resolution. read more

Exceptional delivery & tracking #DHL. I got an email and text message with all my tracking info and scheduled delivery. What was most convenient was the fact, I could schedule to be left at my door, shipped to a new location, or pick up at my own convenience at the airport location @ the dhl website. Plus I got a package from China in 5 days really 4 because I scheduled the next day from my original delivery date. read more
