This service is horrible. Still no resolution 1) never called me for a delivery window for my peloton on July 10th 2) scheduled me for a July 14th deliver. Got an email confirming and then the next morning it said schedule for an August delivery 3) had to call peloton and they got me on for July 15th then I called xpo a few hours ago asking when the window was and they said I have no delivery. 4) have had to call them 8x thus far and still don't have a delivery date or time They tell u that they are going to call but never do. No follow thru. They won't let you escalate the issue and talk to anyone else. Thoroughly disappointed in this company and how they have represented peloton. While I had a horrible experience with XPO's customer service, their supervisor and delivery service were top notch. When I didn't give a customer rep an excellent rating, they changed my delivery date a few times and even went so far as to cancel my order due to inability to deliver. Fortunately, other customer service reps and the supervisor were able to fix it. The local delivery company out of OKC was amazing. They were polite and went above and beyond to help me. I am a Logistics Coordinator in OK for a bakery equipment manufacturer. In 25 years, our company has never had to file a claim for damages but now I've had to file two - both XPO shipments. They do not take care of your goods and when you try to file a claim, they just deny it. They don't care about customers or their goods. Their freight costs are great but you get what you pay for. Not only will I never ship with them again, I am adding a disclaimer to my email for my customers using their own freight forwarder, that we will turn XPO away if they try to book them to pick up our equipment. I am a mom with 3 kids . We moved into a new home 2 months now and my refrigerator delivery has been rescheduled almost 6 times. we have been buying food because I do not have a fridge. I actually went out and shopped groceries on the first day XPO promised to deliver but they did not show up. I ended up throwing away lots of food items. I am needing help because with three children, no refrigerator and I just moved into a new house, it's draining. All XPO tells me is next week u will get it and once it is next week, they postpone it unapologetically. It is so frustrating because they seem in control of my paid item. I believe it is illegal , fraud and a scam. I will be needing a lawyer because damages will have to be paid for. This company XPO needs proper management or shut down. read more

Awful. I was scheduled to get my peloton bike tomorrow (3/20) and I rescheduled an out of town trip I was supposed to be going on so that I would be home for the delivery. They called today (3/19) at 3:05pm and I got a voicemail and I called back (I couldn't understand everything in the voicemail) at 4:07pm and spoke with someone and they said my delivery was still going to come tomorrow and they would be calling me be this evening with a 4 hour window and again tomorrow when they are 30 min away. At 9pm I called them back to ask why I haven't gotten a call and they said they just haven't gotten the schedule finalized but that I would still be getting my delivery tomorrow and they would either call tonight or tomorrow morning. At 9:13pm they called me and said that they over scheduled deliveries and they would not be delivering my Peloton. Then said that the next available delivery date is 4/29!!!! I rearranged my entire weekend and they over scheduled?! Why not call me earlier and cancel. This is TERRIBLE business and I really don't know why Peloton uses them for their deliveries. My $2K+ order is sitting in OKC at the XPO facility waiting to be delivered! It's not even a production issue with Peloton. Who knows how long it's been sitting there, I placed the order almost 2 months ago. Terrible service and when I asked for my call to be escalated so I could speak with someone else they said they can't do that. What a joke. read more

After reading several reviews, it appears i am not alone in my frustration with this company.. this local branch that services OKC should be ashamed of the lack of customer service they provide to our OKC area. i had a Peloton Delivery scheduled for Feb. 5. my order was placed with peloton back in January. i did not receive a phone call on the evening before my scheduled delivery date and further more did NOT receive a call on my actual delivery date. i hung around the house all day just waiting.... i have now been rescheduled another week and a half, after calling, the reason for the rescheduling was "over capacity", that isnt even a logical explanation for a reschedule... AND IF they had overbooked themselves for deliveries, the LEAST you could do would be to call and explain that so i am not waiting at home all day... nonetheless, i had to call peloton to address the matter, and then and ONLY then were they able to get ahold of XPO. i'm very disappointed in XPO, and expect better communication. incredibly bad customer service all around. i have advised peloton they should search for another delivery service for their products in our area. a disaster. read more

Ordered a Pelaton tread in November. I still don't have it. XPO has canceled my delivery date three times now. Each time i was never told a word, i had to make multiple calls to both Pelaton and XPO to find out it was canceled and reschedule delivery. It has supposedly been sitting in XPO's warehouse for weeks. Bryan B. - before you tell me to email someone, I have already been emailing with someone at XPO (00000762G98J8000006000). That person specifically scheduled my 3rd attempt for tomorrow. Peloton also confirmed the date. I never received a delivery window and called late last night to learn I was not on the delivery route for today. I'm not sure what else to do here. Emailing clearly doesn't help. This is starting to appear fraudulent. How many times am I supposed to be make arrangements for a delivery date that never happens? After the first delivery never happened, I have called XPO 2 days before to confirm the new dates were happening. They confirmed...and then they never happened. This company is the worst and they lie talking about no one is not home when I'm sitting in my home! Also! We bought a washer from Sam's. Good communication until the day of delivery. When Carlos and his partner showed we were informed that they could not install the new washer with the old water hoses & drain. So we said okay we will buy new ones from you. They informed us that they do not have new ones on the truck for us to purchase. (If the policy is not to use the old ones then they should either communicate that up front or be equipped to provide new ones on delivery.) In addition Carlos said that the shut off valves were so corroded that they could not unhook the old washer and take it away. We shut the water off to the house so they could unhook the old washer and then hook up the new one. So in the end it worked out fine. Their attitude at first was leave the new one on the porch and let us install it. However, through the process their attitude changed and they became willing to do what was necessary to hook up our new washer. Tim read more

AWFUL!!!! They are HORRIBLE & unwilling to make right. It seems they are holding my peloton treadmill hostage. Today was the THIRD time & 3 weeks from when i was scheduled to receive this treadmill that they completely FAILED!! April 10- delivery showed up & brought a bike (not a tread like i ordered) took them 3 days to call to reschedule and couldn't make time for my delivery THEY messed up for another 2 weeks!! April 20- they called to say they overbooked and wouldn't be delivering my tread the next day (after of course i had already blocked off another day at home waiting for them) April 28- apparently they showed up but never called with the 30 min warning like all emails had specified would happen & left in 2 minutes. I received the "We are headed your way text" AFTER they had already left my home!! Ridiculous!!! I have proof from my doorbell camera. 11:04 they rang my doorbell 11:06 they were backing out of my driveway Never called, just LEFT! 11:09 i received a text "you're up next see you in about 30 minutes" 11:15 i was home & no one was there, not a note left, not a phone call, nothing!! This company is a complete joke and Peloton should invest in finding someone else to make it's deliveries. I placed an order 2/24 and was given a delivery date of 5/10. Mid-April we got a notification that our delivery had been bumped up to 4/26, great news! Nope. 4/26 we stay home from work and get no notification from XPO. We call Peloton and they say it got cancelled and rescheduled for 5/17 (a full week after our initial date) because the bike didn't make it to the warehouse and our original time had been given to someone else. Now here we are 5/17, another day we've taken off work, we got a window of 3-6pm for delivery and the company calls this morning saying it wasn't scheduled on the route aka they didn't load our bike on the truck. Every support person has tried to get ahold of the local warehouse and can't. We were promised a phone call from a local manager within 6 hours that never happened. We've emailed and had no response. And what is the next available delivery date? JUNE 21ST! No, I'll cancel the Peloton and order something else and ensure it isn't delivered by XPO before purchasing. No one can help, no one offers a solution... this company cannot be trusted. read more

Delivery guys were great. What I did not appreciate is that the xpo phone system hangs up on you when it goes to transfer you to an extension. Called 1/2 dozen times because the automated message said my address wrong and always got disconnected. Then they never called me the day before to give me a delivery window like they were suppose to so I had to take all day off. Bought a Peloton bike. Had to take off work early (active duty Army, so it's hard to get off work early) to be here during the window given for delivery. Not only did they not call the night before, like Peloton said, they never delivered it at all. No warning or common courtesy. I would rather drive to OKC with these crazy gas prices than deal with this unprofessionalism. A simple phone call would have prevented me from wasting my time. XPO is horrible. Twice I was set up for a delivery with them. My first order they failed to call ahead and then said I wasn't home and had to reschedule. Took me 3 weeks to get my delivery. Second order they lied and said I cancelled the delivery when they told me they didn't have the bike This time it took me over two months to get my bike. I wish there was a zero because they is what they deserve. I ordered a Peleton that was supposed to be delivered on December 20, 2021. The delivery then was rescheduled for January 5, then again for January 12, then yet again January 26 and now for today February 2, 2022. I have emailed my concerns with no response and this is very frustrating, as it should not happen. I had knee replacement on January 7 and was wanting to have this Bicycle for rehab!!!! Now 3.5 weeks into rehab and still no bike. I have spoke to several people and no one can give me any answers!! If you want a Peleton bike, then you have to use this delivery company. It has been a very frustrating experience trying to get my Peloton delivered and I am only one of many customers to whom this is happening. All you have to do is read the reviews on Facebook, Yelp and Google to see that this is the case. Repeated phone calls do no good. No one answers the local numbers and deliveries keep getting canceled (the day of) with no reason given. Original delivery date was 12/2/21, then postponed to 1/21/22 and now they are telling me APRIL. The treadmill is at their facility, so the delay is not from Peloton. Calling the XPO customer service number on the main website has done no good either. They've had our property for weeks and are just not delivering. Completely unacceptable. read more

We are experiencing the same issues as many other customers that have left reviews. If I could leave less than a one star review I would! The customer service at XPO has been horrific. They are unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional. We had an original delivery date of January 7th for our Peloton. We got a call on the 7th that the order could not be delivered due to truck shortages and were rescheduled two weeks later. We were going to be out of town at that time, so my husband finally got ahold of someone at XPO to request an earlier delivery date and a worker named Danielle scheduled us for that Sunday the 9th. Come to find out, XPO does not even deliver on Sundays. After the Sunday delivery was missed, we were then rescheduled again for January 21st. The day before the 21st we received an automated call and text message confirming our delivery window of 11A-2PM. Our delivery window on the 21st came and went with NO NOTIFICATION OR UPDATE from Peloton or XPO. My husband took off work to be home for the delivery! After wasting more time on the phone, we are now rescheduled again for February 3rd. Delivery reschedulings should not be more than 2-3 days out, but every time it's almost two weeks. We have already paid for this bike and there is no excuse for it to not be delivered by now. read more
