One was a key fob and one was a tile which is a key finder. I did not know what batteries I needed. They were not only nice enough to open the devices up and see what batteries I needed. They walked up front and retrieved the batteries that I needed, and when I told them I did not know how to put them in. They took each device and put them in . And did it all efficiently too!
