Currently, I do not have issues with quality. Both projects were completed timely. Unfortunately, the two-star review is for the financial transition experience for the car on 12/26/24. We tried reaching out via text, website contact, email, and Facebook contact with zero response. My husband was quoted 400 verbally for the tint of the car. He told my husband if you pay Venmo, there is no tax. My husband had to step away and I handled the financially transaction. My husband in hindsight, wish he was there, to confront the payment. He charged 550 for the tint of the car. He also told me, that there is no tax if you pay cash only. He said that there is tax if you pay Venmo. I paid with card, as I had no cash on me. I told my husband, he charged 550. My husband said that is not what was agreed too. We tried reaching out for explanation before we wrote this review, but there has been no attempt by him. As for the other observations, I will note in this review. Extremely late to both scheduled appointments. On 12/25/24, on Christmas night, we get a phone call after 10:30 PM. We did not pick up the phone. We were in bed. Who calls on Christmas night after 10pm to a customer? We believe the call was to confirm the appointment on 12/26/24. He also texted afterwards on Christmas night. Upon paying, I noticed that he was very "tired" & "slow" talking, semi spaced out. Upon explaining how to care for the tinting, he kept repeating the same thing about 3 times. His partner had to step into the conversation and say, what he is trying to say is....... try to cure the car in the sun. I didn't have good experience observing the slow behavior and talk. I also found it unprofessional that they had a very small dog or puppy in their vehicle on cold day as they worked. I didn't notice this until we paid. I would have questioned this, if we noticed the dog earlier. I suggest if you do get your vehicles serviced to request a paper or electronic trail of the quote, NOT verbal. He also didn't put break light back in. We called. He gave an attitude and seemed bothered and OFF, when we called. Stay away!!!

I found out that getting a '32' is what is the max tint that is allowed by law in the state of Georgia. Anything darker than that would be deemed 'illegal'. He warranties all of his work that is level 32 and below. He was also very accomodating to my schedule. He traveled up to Gainesville where I work and did the entire job in the parking lot. The end result came out around 2 hours later with one of the best tinting jobs i've ever seen. He was even very neat and clean inside of my vehicle by wiping down the dashboard (as it was dusty), and even put up a strip along my front windshield to block some of the additional sun glare. He definitely went above and beyond the call of a job, and I am truely a supporter of his work. (my colleagues saw his work on my car and were impressed as well, to the point that they wanted to get it as well)

I emptied the contents of the car so that the cleaners could clean everything. Before getting out of the car, I pointed out two stains (one on the ceiling above the driver side door and one on the ceiling in the rear seat) and asked they be cleaned. When I got the car back to go home, I didn't notice until I got home that the stains were not touched and the glove box was DIRTY...crumbs etc. They are so busy they miss details. I drove my dad's other car down to wash and detail it and was told they closed for the day. No notice on their FB page of the closing. Oh well. I drove back up to Sautee and waited for another time. Today was the next time I could go down (a few months later...now Feb 2025). I called Diamond to make sure they were open and when they were open. I was told at 9:30 that they were opening about 10:30 or 11 due to the cold weather. I drove down and got there a little after 10:30. I was told they weren't opening the wash/detail until noon. I explained to the woman at the counter that I called after 9 and was told 10:30 or 11. She replied the weather was to blame. I said it was sunny outside and the person told me 10:30 or 11 am. The young woman said the workers weren't coming in till later. Oh....so the workers come in when they want and I guess leave when they feel like it. The young woman got snotty and said "Honey, come back later." I'm not her honey and her rudeness is a fine example of why young people need training to work with the public. I will never return to Diamond again.

Not recommended. In July, I brought my new 2022 SUV for front window tinting. On the way home, I…read morenoticed the tint film in the driver's side window has a gap between the film and the frame resulting in a white line outlining the window frame that is visible every time I look into the side mirror. I sent an email to the store manager with pictures requesting replacement, no response. I finally brought it back to the store where they agreed to replace the film. They replaced the firm with a different shade than the other windows and did not correct the problem that I needed fixed. I went to another window tint business that was highly rated in Yelp. They showed me the defects in the other windows including bubbles, peeling, film creases, etc. At this point, I had no choice but to replace all the window tinting. I hated to pay double to get a quality installation.
