We did all the paperwork and agreed I was going to pickup the car the next Friday April 24. After everything was done to my surprise I notice an imperfection in the paint next to the GMC logo on the right fender. After a closer look I notice a runoff of the clear finish. I immediately decided to do a troughfull inspection of the car. To my surprise I found this car was involved in an accident and it was not reported, different shades of paint between the front bumper and the right fender was also noticeable. However it was listed as a pre-owned certified no accident and clean title. I decided to canceled the purchase immediately. The valet at the front is ALWAYS RUDE. I have never came to this part of the dealer and had a pleasant experience. This sucks because BMW for me is a better car, better drive, better everything. But having to deal with this service department specifically SUCKS. DO BETTER., customer service is important. I know two people personally that went to Mercedes and Range Rover after having to deal with this specific locations service department.
