    Beautiful hiking trail
    Ashley J.

I haven't been here in a few years. My grandma and I use to come here and pray. With her recent passing, I wanted to go somewhere that made me feel her comfort. I found myself here. This place is beautiful. It sits on the mountain top. Amazing views. Very quiet and overall just a very peaceful place. I've always enjoyed coming here. There's a hiking trail as well which I have hiked a few time, I like this trail because it's a good workout and very scenic. It feels good to be surrounded by nature and just being here lifts my spirits and makes me happy. I miss my grandma and wanted to come here for that reason but I'm glad I did because i forgot how amazing his place is and I will definitely be back, next time to hike the trail :)

I was invited to the yearly teddy bear tea to support the Walnut Valley education foundation. It started off with a nice greeting and a glass of mimosa where we were escorted to our dining table, which was nicely decorated with a nice variety of snacks. The room was completely decorated and had gift baskets that were being raffled off, and there was additional items outside patio for a silent auction. It was a well planned and organized event had so much fun.

My friends wanted to go for a hike here. I've never been and wanted to join. It's a holiday weekend so it wasn't crowded. The view of the city was nice but there's a lot of weeds and wildflowers along some of the trails so if you're allergic, make sure to be extra careful and wear pants instead of shorts. Some of the trails have steep parts but there's so many routes to choose from. We went for about 1.5 hour and had a good time.

I had my wedding here this past September and I'm so glad I did. Everyone on staff was so helpful and kind and the views were beautiful. For a place like this with such a reasonable price to book I was very surprised. Thank you diamond bar center for making my wedding day a dream come true!

The Diamond Bar Center features as a large venue for meeting and activities. The banquet facilities can host parties for few hundreds of people and up to one thousand max capacity for meetings. There are large parking lots conveniently around the establishment.

Nice location with beautiful view from balcony. Building is fairly new. Was attending a banquet but this would be perfect to hold wedding reception.

Tested some hanging umbrellas in the oval lawn area.

I enjoy hiking behind the Diamond Bar Center. It is a harder hike so, you might have to be hiking easier ones before doing this one.

Ask the Community - Diamond Bar Center

Can we bring our own liquor. or is there a bar we have to buy from?

You can bring your own liquor, but you will have to hire your own bartenders and pay for the venue's security guard fee. The venue has up to two portable bars, but only allows 5 consecutive hours for the serving of alcohol, and requires bartenders… Read more

When I first requested a quote, I recieved a response very quickly from Pro, the manager, and he remained available for any questions I had until I was ready to sign my quote and lock in my event (and thereafter until shower day.) When you request a quote, you'll be sent a questionnaire about what you'll need for your event (time frame, services, furnishings, etc.) so you know exactly what you're paying for when you get your price. There is a lot included in the price, but other than some standard items like tables and chairs, you'll need to rent, or bring in everything else yourself or with outside vendors. I did all of my own decor, had my family and friends help me set up, and we catered Porto's. There is a full kitchen with a stove/oven, prep area and sink as well if you're cooking yourself, we used the oven to warm up potato balls and stored drinks in the fridge and it worked out great. You can rent a cover for the kitchen if it's not your vibe. Here's some of the concerns I had before booking and how we overcame them: Concern: the venue is on the second story in a historic building and is only accessible by stairs. Solution: It is only one flight of stairs, and there is a break in the middle with ample room for a chair or bench if guests need a stopping point. I informed my guests of this ahead of time and had my husband help anyone who needed assistance, everyone was able to make it work. It was a little but rough carrying all of our own stuff up, but many hands made light work. Concern: there is only one bathroom for an event of nearly 90 people. Solution: Honestly, this was only an issue for us at the beginning of our event when people were arriving from far away places. Once the initial rush died out, there was never even a line for the bathroom. Concern: the space is very plain. Solution: The space does not have many bells and whistles, but I found it charming and rustic, and there's lots of opportunity to really make it as dressed up as you want with whatever theme you can think of. Also, the natural light from the windows on both sides of the building made things that much more appealing. Concern: there is no designated parking. Solution: the Electric Loft team was able to save some spaces directly in front for me and my set-up team, and then parking is open up and down the streets as well as at the nearby park. No one had any issues, save for some later arrivals as there was some kind of art event at another building nearby. There may be a little walking involved, but not so much that it made anything impossible. All in all, everyone thought it was a great spot and I've been recommending Electric Loft all over the place, and I'll continue to do so. Also shout out to The Splendor Co for my photo spot!

I met up with a friend that I hadn't seen for awhile and it was the perfect place to catch up during a walk around of the garden. It reminds you of why they call it Orange County. If I went to school here I'd be here probably once a week. Otherwise it's great to come if you live in the OC.

From the parking lot it was easy to follow the signs along to the garden. The garden had areas that represented Woodlands, Mediterranean, Dessert, and a Cultivated Collection. There were walking paths but I still recommend closed toed shoes since it's a bit sandy. They had many benches throughout for resting or handing out and admiring nature. We spent about an hour here, but to be fair I'm not that into nature. I GOT A BUG BITE and it swelled and was super itchy. Sigh. I think someone who super loved nature or wanted to take their time to hang out could take 2-3 admiring all the plant life. My FAVORITE moments here was when we came across wildlife. My favorite were the rabbit, turtle, and crane. It's beautiful. Great spot to get some steps in and absorb some sunlight.
