On top of that, it was strapless, which made it hard for me to keep up since I'm more on the heavy side and have a larger chest. When I walked in and explained everything I wanted fixed, she was so understanding and made me feel completely comfortable. She even asked me to bring my heels so she could get a better overall look and see how the dress would fall once altered. She noticed I was struggling with the top of the dress and suggested using the extra fabric she would take off from the bottom to create straps. Throughout the process, she gave me great ideas and was very honest about everything -- like how much fabric could be removed before the dress became too narrow to walk in. She also went over pricing clearly, asked about my budget, and helped me find solutions that worked for me. I gave her about a week to finish the dress, and a day before pickup, I called to check in. During that call, she asked me to come in for one last fitting to make sure I could walk comfortably and to measure the straps one final time. The next day, I came back to pick up my dress -- and it was perfect! The length was just right, I could move easily, and the new straps looked like they were part of the original design. She truly went above and beyond, and I'm so happy with how my dress turned out.
