I highly recommend Z-Express Tailors! I went into this tailor shop on a Thursday morning with a huge dilemma. My dress for a wedding had been picked up from another establishment in a horrible state. The inside had been haphazardly tailored and the inner lining had been melted by an iron. I was devastated and needed to have my dress fixed by Saturday morning. Fahim took a solid look at the damage and pinned the parts that needed fixing. Knowing my time crunch, he repaired the dress by 6pm that same day so I'd still have time to get it dry cleaned. My girlfriend used Z Express Tailors for her bridesmaid dress alterations. Since she had a good experience and I went around Fullerton to get a quote. Fahid was the best price along with it being a local small business in my city. It helped my decision choosing. I brought the dress in on Tuesday I believe and was informed it can be ready by Friday late afternoon. I tried on my cocktail dress along with the sandal heels i had planned to wear with the dress. Fahid measured the dress for mee. When i came Friday late afternoon. Fahid had a lot of customers asking w measuring the customers for a dress alteration. He didn't ask mee to try on the dress before leaving. My friend said she was ask to do so at pick up. Luckily i tried on the dress when i got home and realized the length on the sides were a bit longer than the front and the back of the dress. Caused mee to panic. Called Z Tailors and told Fahid the concerns I had. I came back right before closing. Than tried on the dress for him to see what I noticed. He found it odd why the alteration was longer on the sides. Said he will re alter it and it can be picked up tomorrow Saturday noon. My wife took her mother of the groom dressing to be hemmed one week ago. It was promised today by 1:00 PM. She arrived to pick up her dress at 4:45 PM as the store closes at 5 PM. The employee was visible through the window, but would not respond until he realize that she would not quit knocking on the door. She asked for her dress and he could not locate it. They both searched the back room and approximately five minutes later, they found the dress hanging in a corner and it had not been hemmed. He asked her to come back next Thursday to pick it up. At which time she said that was it that was not acceptable because the wedding was on Saturday morning and she needed the dress immediately or refund the $50 fee she paid when she dropped it off. His reply was, I will do it now. Should be ready in 15 minutes. She asked for a discount since she had to wait and he said no. Employees here have no customer service goes, do not feel they need to keep to a schedule and when she said she would post a bad review he said fine. Go ahead. The tailoring was complete at 5:30 PM after a 45 minute wait. My recommendation to anyone looking for a Tailor, is to look elsewhere read more

Very expensive and mediocre work! I took my wedding dress in to get crystals sowed on the straps and one side was crooked! They charged 120 for work that my mom could've done. In response to the owners comment, I did not need the work done in 24 hours, you let me know that you were leaving the country the next day, so that was at your discretion. It looked ok when I picked it up but when I tried it on, it was crooked. I agreed to the price because I drove all the way out there from corona and I cried in frustration because I felt I was being taken advantage of and had no other choice but to pay it.
