I purchased my vehicle used back in 2019 from a dealer, and I thought it was clean then! But after John detailed my vehicle I realized just how dirty my "clean" car was! John took his time to get into the crevices, remove pesky stains, and clean areas that I don't believe had ever been cleaned before! John made my car look brand new- better than the day I drove it off the dealer lot! It's amazing what quality of work John with Elephant Interiors provides, and I am extremely impressed and satisfied with my recent detailing! John takes it a step beyond and pays extra attention to the fine details! My backup camera was fogged and he buffed it and it's better than new now too! And the icing on the cake was the little goodies he left behind for us to enjoy- car freshener, coupon cards, mints, plastic floor mats, slip on shoe covers, and plastic covers on our recently shampooed seats so we could still drive about per usual. Dropped off two wheels and two tires for my zero turn mower. Told them I'd like new valve stems and…read moreto mount tires. I'd removed the valve cores earlier when l removed the old tires. Yesterday l picked them up after five days there as we don't get to town but once a week usually. I saw them sitting outside by the CS area window. I paid for the service ($40) and went to load up. I noticed the new tires looked like they'd been mudding on a ATV. Looked move and wondered if they'd actually got new valve stems installed or just old valve cores put in. Also one valve cap was missing and the other chewed up, not new. Went back and spoke with the CS guy and he assured me they were new. I was referred to Clark Warehouse and Tire for this service as AK Small Engine wouldn't do it unless i'd purchased the tires from them. I will not be returning to Clark as there's another tire shop down the road...
